    How do you use it?
Just spray Quick Detailer on the surface to be clayed. Then slide the clay bar across the surface repeatedly until it feels as smooth as glass. The surface should always be lubricated during claying. If you don't have QD, you can mix water and car shampoo in a spray bottle, and use that as lubricant. You can clay painted surfaces and also glass. There are good videos from Meguiar's and Chemical Guys that you can find in YouTube.

For water etching (in surface), you need to use liquid polish. Only water mineral deposits (on surface) can be removed by claying.

If you are referring to single-speed orbital buffers, then they are really intended for waxing so you can use it every time you wax the car. Usually may kasama yang 2 or 3 bonnets.

Foam bonnet > for applying wax or polish
    Micro-fiber bonnet > for buffing

Single-speed buffers are not intended for paint correction. You need variable-speed Dual-Action Polisher for this task. But for waxing, they will get the job done.

^For water etching (in surface), you need to use liquid polish. Considered scratch na kasi yan. You cannot remove scratch by clay bar.

Water spots (on surface), can be removed by claying. Usually these are mineral deposits left above the surface after water drops had evaporated.

Hello po mga sir tanong ko lang kung meron bang advantages ang synthetic wax over Carnuba wax or is it just a matter of preference?

Carnauba wax produces deep, shine and gloss while
synthetic wax can last for 2yrs and
water beading is seen that will last for a long time

I did some search and oftenly they refer synthetic wax as sealant. Is wax and sealant the same thing? Im now using 3m synthetic wax and im happy with the result. Some suggest to use carnuba wax on top of synthetic wax. Isnt it overkill na?

Btw how can i achieve water sheeting? Which product/brand should i use?

    Thanks sa reply ☺

correct me if im wrong pero ive read from somewhere na hindi daw advisable na car shampoo ang gamitin as clay lubricant as this will degrade the clay fast.

As long as it's car shampoo and clear-coat safe, it won't degrade the clay. Hell, a lot of people actually use running water as a lubricant. But it's too wasteful on the water so just use your car shampoo. You need to make sure your car has already been washed beforehand and then you wash, clay, and rinse it.
