What if balak ko patungan yung ksg ng collinite then ginamit ko muna yung car? Do i need to wash and dry again after 8 hrs before applying collinite?

kung na cure mo na yung KSG, tapos nag apply ka ng collinite sa ibabaw, you can put succesive layers ng collinite without curing...

collinite over collinite wala naman required curing time sir.

ako, kerosene.. nilalagay ko sa spray bottle, tapos spray and wipe ng mircofiber towel, tangal asphalt.. mga 2x a year or 3x a year depende kung mauulan talaga.

Hindi po ba matatatangal sealant ko pag tinanggal ko asphalt using kerosene? tnx

matatangal... pero you have to remove yung asphalt talaga muna...
re-apply mo na lang uli sealant.

kung ginamit mo muna yung car at madumi you need to wash and dry it muna before applying the collinite wax. if di mo naman ginamit then you can apply the wax after the curing time ng ksg.

Thank you. I guess it's common sense but I just want to check if washing again after 8 hrs will somewhat degrade the SG. I guess hindi naman. Even if I don't use it, feel ko 8 hrs is enough for the car to accumulate dust if not parked in a proper garage. Siguro gamitan nalang ng QD pag ganon.

I use Microtex. Yung malaki. I think P499 siya ngayon sa ace. May parang wax pa siya. Duster pang car lang talaga. Ok naman so far.

yes, if dust lang you can use QD to wipe it off then apply your collinite wax. you can wash it too and it will not easily degrade your KSG, its very durable. as long as you are using mild shampoo and no cleaners, it can last many washes.

among the featured waxes, i have the pinnacle souveran paste wax. combined with blackfire wet diamond all finish paint protection produced outstanding result, slick paint surface and wet look shine. the optimum car wax spray is also my favorite quick wax, I'm on my 3rd spray bottle.

other waxes I have are collinite 915, blackfire midnight sun, bilt hamber finis wax, cg butter wet wax and lately victoria concours red wax. the pinnacle souveran paste wax and the vic's red are my top favorites.

So far wala naman basta microtex. if you use feather duster though, for sure magkakaroon yan.

Is using a toothbrush for emblems and other hard to reach areas too abrasive? Ganun kasi ginagawa ng mga car wash pag magpapadetail. I'm thinking na since irurubbing compound naman nila and polish, okay lang naman. Tama ba na you shouldn't do that at home if you'll just wash, seal and wax?

pwede naman yan sir kung around the emblems lang, meron din soft bristles na tootbrush. ako naman i used paint brush sa engine bay kapag nag engine wash ako. meron ding mga specific detailing brush talaga para diyan.

matsa ba sa emblem mismo or natuyong residues sa paligid ng emblem? I cleaned yung mga emblems na chrome using klasse kaio. kung madumi yung paligid, I used degreaser in spray bottle then agitate with brush. pwede rin cotton buds saka alcohol. ang di ko pa na-try yung peanut butter pwede daw makatanggal ng dumi sa paligid ng emblems.

btw, maiiwasan yung mga residues ng polishes at waxes around the emblems, door edges, tight areas kung Iicover mo ng painters tape before ka mag-polish. mahirap alisin ang mga polishes at waxes residues kapag hindi napunasan at natuyo.

medyo matagal at ilang cotton buds ginamit ko
