Sa akin lang, US don't care, what they care more is magkagulo pa ang isang country para they can sell their arms and expand their bases in Asia, look at Syria, may Syrian friend ako dito that has lost a lot bcoz of the war, maganda na daw buhay nila dati sa Syria, until US meddled with their country politics.

Those protesters think the US cares about them
They're delusional
To the US those protesters are just pawns
The US is hoping China would send in the military and start shooting live rounds and run over protesters with tanks
That will give the US an excuse to intervene
China has been holding back... Not doing what the US expects
Masyado pakialamero ang US
I don't get your question, sir. Are you asking if 1) somebody died from the "rioting/vandalism" that the protesters perpetrated? Or are you asking 2) if somebody died due to police brutality? Or are you asking 3) if somebody died in the hands of pro-Beijing vigilantes? Please clarify.
You, sir, have jumped to a conclusion. I was making a separate point for a while there, but I see your confusion.
Just because I said that people today feel more sorrow at seing a non-living thing get damaged or destroyed than seing a human being die -- or suffer or get injured or generally get hurt -- does not mean I'm saying there are people who died in the HK protests. In fact I'm not saying anyone died because as far as I know, no one, at least officially, has died over there from whichever side. Lots got hurt and seriously injured, though. A journalist lost an eye. Others lost limbs. A number still in ICU.
Yet the MTR, which can be rebuilt for sure, gets more tears. There's a disconnect.
Hope that is clearer, sir.
Pero I think mas lucky pa rin protesters sa HK, ganun na ginawa nila like destroying public property and even private property ay wala pang namatay kasi the police are holding back, gawin nila sa US or UK na mag riot kung same treatment pa rin matatanggap nila.

it takes far less provocation for American policemen to shoot people specially black people
wanna talk about the value of human life?
black lives are far less precious than white lives no?
i don't hear compassionate heavenlee take that into consideration
he OBVIOUSLY is politically biased on this issue
basta ginawa ng protesters ok lang
pero pag ginawa ng China masama

i'm sure he wouldn't have the same compassion towards HK policemen beaten up by protesters
anti-China/pro-US/anti-Du30/pro-dengvaxia political bias
Guess I did not make myself clear so many times. Lots of forumers confused. Must be the heat, or my poor choice of words? But let me quote myself again, cut and paste, hope this works --
Though I may have sympathy for the protesters, I don't agree with them resorting to violence. Especially violence aimed at other human beings. Hope that is clearer.
I already explained in above earlier post (on compassion and violence), so I'll leave it at that.
I just notice, sir, and I have to say this out loud, but you have this "irritating" habit of labeling people. Putting them in small neat boxes with neat little labels -- Anti-du30, pro-us, "yellows", etc. etc., for whatever purpose it serves your mind. As if a human being is just all that. Well, hope sooner or later you'll find out what's wrong with what you're doing. Just saying.
