Not sure kung need mo pa pero pwede ka tumawag sa hotline ng RFID, 7763933. Madalas na ko mag complain dyan kasi na over charged ako one time 360 pesos one way. eh ang entry ko lang naman is susana heights at exit is filinvest.

Nireverse po ba yung overcharging complaint nyo? Nag email na ako sa customer care to complain about a tag entry that I did not drive last August 3rd from Carmona to C5. Almost 5 days na pero wala pa rin sila reply. Tinawagan ko din yung hotline nila 3188655 pero wala naman sumasagot

Where can I reload na pwede credit card? Hanggang 5PM lang Bicutan office di ba? 7PM pa kasi uwi ko.

San exit mo? Petron Slex southbound has a reloading station open until 10pm. That's the petron before Southwood. They accept credit card.

Pagka load ko kagabi at pag pasok ko ng Southwoods northbound pumasok yung niload ko as of display sa scrreen kapag papasok ka ng toll, pag exit ko ng sucat low balance daw

I got tired of hit-or-miss drama of my headlight RFID. So I had my windshield tint removed and went straight to their office in Bicutan to replace the RFID and stick it to the windshield. So far so good. Hope I'll get 100% hit rate this time...

Need another RFID sticker pero different account namin ilalagay. New car coming in next week and one of the first things we need to do is get this. Pwede ba sales invoice lang ipasa? Before kasi we had all the necessary papers since hindi brand new pinalagyan. Paano if kakalabas pa lang sa casa?
