Marami din kasi low balance na dumadaan pa sa RFID kaya natatagalan. Lalo na pag wala teller dun sa booth

One of the letdowns by Autosweep RFID, no iOS app. I just use the browser version to check my balance.

I was once in that situation a few weeks ago.

Our rfids are enrolled in an auto debit arrangement with one of our credit cards, which was replaced because of fraudulent transactions. I didn't realize I have an issue until I was flagged at the slex on ramp.... The lady gave me a note and I paid at the rfid off ramp... I immediately deposited money at 711 and re enrolled in my other credit card....

How to Check Autosweep RFID Balance via SMS

Simply send a text message using the mobile number and plate number registered under your Autosweep account.

Type the SMS in this format: AUTOSWEEP<space>BALINQ<space>Plate Number

Example: AUTOSWEEP BALINQ ABC123

Then send to any of these numbers:

Globe: (0917) 860-8655
Smart: (0918) 860-8655

Yeah i remember the android app stopped working several months ago. Which is why we went back to checking using the website.

Mautak rin sila eh. I use the free android app before. Very convenient. Tapos they killed the app and introduced the sms thing. For a fee! Negosyante talaga.

Hindi na po available yung android app? Just got my SLEX RFID and hindi ko pa na gamit. Yung sa Easydrive pa lang naga gamit namin.

Question! I set my minimum balance at 500 for CC auto-replenishment but unfortunately, late nagreflect yung bill payment ko sa card so nagfail ang auto-debit. Okay na yung balance ko sa CC now. Ma-cancel ba yung auto-debit ko or will they just try to bill my card again?

Nangkaron ako ng similar case dati, nagfail kasi suspicious activity daw sabi ng bank, after ko iclear sa kanila akala ko babalik na sa dati kapag nagbelow threshold ka ulit, but it did not. Bale ending, tawag ka sa hotline nila autosweep. Ipareactivate mo auto-reload. Wala ka na dapat iresubmit na docs or anu man since wala naman change sa card. Then check ka nalang ng load after a few hours to see if nareload na nga.

Has anyone tried taking a pic nung QR Code sa cellphone then yun na lang ang i present sa booth if in case di mabasa yung rfid?
naiwan ko sa dashboard yung card ko, ayun nag warp ng todo, sinubukan ko plantsahin para dumiretso ule, Lalo nasira .. hehehe
