I asked SA's from Toyota Bicutan, Manila Bay and Commonwealth. 3-5 days daw for colour white. In fact, the SA from Manila Bay said I can driveaway a white one tomorrow because they had one in stock.

You may want also to check the shade or shimmer of the white paint on the bumper and the hood / body, medyo may pagka-iba ng kaunti.

Good am po sa lahat. Makihalo lang po ako sa usapan since I've just bought a Fortuner 3.0L 4x4 sa Toyota Valle Verde. Tagal ko isip between white and black. Finally chose black but suddenly may available na white and black at the same time. I finally decided to go with white. Paglabad ng casa diretso ziebart for paint protection. Sarap ng ride so far.
Question lang po sa mga naka-3.0V. I haven't driven a diesel car before and I'm contemplating getting a 3.0V. In your experience, hindi po ba hassle yung cool down requirements ng turbo? Sanay kasi ako na pagka-park, patay makina, tapos alis na. I understand na pagnaka-turbo, like the 3.0V, you have to run the engine at idle for a couple of minutes before switching it off?? Paano pag nagmamadali ka?
Thanks in advance.
I've read somewhere in this forum that you don't really have to let the turbo cool down during normal driving circumstances (City driving). Here it is from http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showt...=31183&page=44
What he said about manufacturers not installing turbo timers completely makes sense. Btw, I've been driving a turbodiesel car for over a year already and I don't usually wait for the turbo to cool down anymore and I haven't encountered problems.Originally Posted by Dieseldude

Congratz....good choice of color. Unless you are sticking to a lifestyle statement that goes for dark colors, lighter colors are better because these are not prone to accident, especially at night when it is raining. Dark colored vehicles are difficult to see at night or when it is raining hard. Adding to the difficulty is the dark tint on most vehicles. Drivers who are driving vehicles with drak tint have to exert extra effort to see darked colored vehicles, especially when it is night time and raining.
nice pick guys.
just a quick question: is it normal to have the humming sound at full steering wheel turn (left/right)?
kahet ba brandnew eh may ganun?
TIA
Would there be any warranty issues if I put on aftermarket TRD2 kit and HIDs? Just wondering before I get my 2.7G next week...
