Just like to share. Mejo satisfied ako sa 2016 vios ko dual vvti. Got an 18km/L 8 5% highway 15%city. Using full tank to full tank method .

Have you had your 1st PMS also? would like to ask if you used mineral/semi/full synth for your oil?

1.3MT E variant. Yup done na ko sa first pms using mineral oil. 1.2k ung odo nung nagpa pms ako. Then now nsa 3.7k na ung odo ko.

Nope. Though merong difference sa route ko mejo mababa yung nakuha kong fc. Around 12km/L ako before.

Hi all, I asked for a quotation from the casa for full synthetic change oil and the oil type is TGFS SN/CF 5W-40. Upon checking the car's manual, the recommended viscosities are 0W-20, 5W-20, or 5W-30.

Will using 5W-40 have any adverse effects? (Vios E CVT)

BTW is 2,525 php worth it for the assembly and labor (toyota cubao).
1,947 php if assembly lang. Toyorama naman 1,650 php for the assembly.

When you go to toyorama, go early so you can park sa front ng store nila. Then look for Boy. Tambay mechanic yan sa labas ni toyorama.

Dumaan nako toyota cubao and toyota marikina kanina bro. Sa cubao sinabi ko mag cr lang ako as THEY looked busy naman, kaso pagbalik ko wala na yun item na bibilhin ko sana. Sayang yun "suki" kong chic doon may inaasikaso. Yun 2 lalake naman, di ako masagot ng derecho kasi mukhang wala kwenta pera ko sa kanila. oh well, kaya siguro #1 ang toyota pasig dahil kahit busy sila eh pinaparamdam nila na aasikasuhin nila ako tapos nila kausapin ibang customer (nagpapaalam ng maayos). Sorry sa vent na bwiset lang ako kanina eh

Btw nakuha ko lang yun presyo sa cubao dahil may matanda doon na nagsabi, mukhang si pa sigurado.

Hi dr.d, i'll take a picture of the manual and post it later. There were a bunch of different types also mentioned but those were the recommended types. A fellow member here shared that 5w-40 would hurt my FC

I went there before ng 7:30 just to be able to secure a parking space. 2 cars lang kasi kasya sa store front nila. Boy charged me 600 pesos to replace a radiator on the fortuner. Pwede mo naman tawaran ng konti si Boy. And maayos siya gumawa for my standards. OC kasi ako hehe


BTT: sold our vios a couple of weeks ago. Wala na kasi gumagamit.
