Di ka ba nagoverheat?

Hi Sir, d sya nag overheat and last change oil was may this year sa shell service station.
Kanina pina diagnose ko sa casa wala naman daw problem based sa computer, pero they are eyeing the probability baka oxygen sensor daw.

so far ok naman takbo nya, hopefully d na un ma ulit.

wala check engine light, for me its the fuel pump assembly, wala sensor yan to know kung nasa range ang fuel pressure, i pa test mo, if i remember correctly 40-45 psi ang specs...

Sir, nasa 63k odo reading, casa maintained previous owners record. ako sa shell ko pina pa maintain.

yes wala check engine light. kaya kanina pina check and diagnose ko sa casa wala sila makitang problem.

cge sir, bukas daanan ko un mekanik sa shell ipa check ko fuel pressure.

Nagbabalak ako bumili 2016 Vios E Brand new price is Php 750k
Pero in car dealers nagbebenta sila 2nd hand 2016 Vios E USED for price ranges 500-550k casa maintained and di tataas 10k km mileage
Bakit kaya ganun kaagad kalaki ang nabawas sa presyo? And is it worth na bilhin ko yung used na than a brand new one?
Kasi Almosy Php250k din ang masasave ko if used kukunin ko. I really need your opinion mga experienced guys. It would really help me a lot hearing your opinions.

we have to verify what variant is really being sold.
baka naman, when you go visit the car, "Oh! nagkamali yung advertisement! J pala, hindi E..."
then, the odometer reading. is it really what it is?

also, with the price of brand new, entry level cars (wigo, mirage, celerio, atbp) hovering about the 500K figure, even "very slightly used cars" have to be competitively priced, if they are to be bought.

btw, many used car dealers source their cars from casas, who in turn get them from customers who trade in their used cars for newer ones. and we know how baratilyo these casas pay for them.

Sir, what's your current tint shade? Kasi in my experience, I'm having a bit difficulty with my vision during night time for medium black since I believe the glass has already a built-in like shade, I think [emoji16] . I'm not sure if others noticed it also. Although im not using both brands you've mentioned.


But I love it's shade during day time.

I'm not sure if others noticed it also. Although im not using both brands you've mentioned.

Ah, Gratz Sir, that's all I can share. It's a good combination also with my ride's body paint (orange). Overall I'm satisfied with medium black tint.

Hi all, I asked for a quotation from the casa for full synthetic change oil and the oil type is TGFS SN/CF 5W-40. Upon checking the car's manual, the recommended viscosities are 0W-20, 5W-20, or 5W-30.

Will using 5W-40 have any adverse effects? (Vios E CVT)

Sir, I think go for what is recommended in the Manual, go for 5W-30 just to be safe. But theoretically, 30 and 40 has just a slight difference in terms of their thinning characteristic.

Like to share also what an owner with a Dual VVTi engine told me, he said not to use regular engine oil, at least semi synthetic.

Just like to share. Mejo satisfied ako sa 2016 vios ko dual vvti. Got an 18km/L 8 5% highway 15%city. Using full tank to full tank method .
