    Maraming salamat ulit
Check if your car has an idle air control valve, if so clean it. Also clean the mass air flow sensor and throttle body. This is a great, cheap and easy partial tune-up.

By the way, mas mura ang Toyota Super Long Life Coolant 50/50 Premix vs. Prestone Universal Coolant 50/50.

I had compared this before so sa casa na ko bumili ng coolant. Ready to use na yun. No need to add water.

Hi new member here, was looking at what coolant to use for my VX200. I read elsewhere that it doesn’t make sense to add 50/50 coolant mix in tropical climate countries like ours. Instead we should use 80/20 mix, being water/coolant respectfully .

Any thoughts on this po? Thanks

Check and follow your manual. If you don’t have it, do 60:40.

I read somewhere that you can dilute up to a 70/30 mix to have a high enough boiling point and corrosion inhibition. Also read somewhere that Toyota super long life is not safe to use in older toyota vehicles that use Copper/Lead/Brass radiators instead stick to Toyota Long life coolant or regular green coolant with a thorough flushing when switching between the two to prevent sludging.

    1. Change oil

Last concern, lately na obeserve ko na bumababa yung idle ko, around 500-600rpm which i think di normal kasi before 900rpm. This happen kapag mainit na yung makina at kapag nasa Drive, pero kpag naka neutral o park maglalaro ulit sa 800-900rpm. Ano ba ang ipapacheck o need palitan dito..

Salamat sa mga mag bibigay ng inputs..

AFAIK technically speaking, tuneup is only for old school carbureted engines. If your car has an EFI engine, it does not really need a tuneup anymore since the ECU enables it to tune itself.

What we need to do is to follow the maintenance schedule as stated on the owner's manual. Religiously followed PMS equals happy car.

If you have just purchased a used vehicle, especially one without service records, it is good practice to replace all the fluids and filters.

Does the fluctuation in idling only happen when A/C is on? IAC valve siguro?

actually base sa observation ko this past months/weeks most of the time the fluctuation happens during rainy weather (really find it very weird) and kapag naka bright ang head light, yung fluctuation eh sumasabay din sa fluctuate ng voltage. right now i'm thinking na ipacheck ang alternator at wirings for posible ground (not sure about wiring)

    thanks sa input sir.

Sir baka maykaparehas at makatulong tong wiring diagram ng vietnam/taiwan variant ng revo(zace/zace surf):
    Zace (Revo maybe)EWD DR77W (VN).pdf - Google Drive

    Parts Catalog(for diagrams):

    LF80L/LF82L-GRMRSM(DLX)/GRMDSM(GL)/GRMNSM(GLX)

for SR/VX/LXV(?) owners walang EPC data for them although mukhang subset sila ng GLX/GSX?

Anyone, still have the KEY FOB REMOTE of their Toyota REVO VX200 2005 or similar unit? We lost ours, and we need to buy replacement. Wonder if anyone still have it, and can post picture of the front and back of KEY FOB REMOTE so we could get the FCC ID, and find some replacement... Thank you.

    Regards, Howard.

I wonder if Toyota still makes the keyless entry for a car this old. Even if they do have, it may be very expensive.

We used to have a 2001 Revo. The stock keyless remote stopped working, though the module itself was still fine. Had it replaced with an aftermarket unit for, I think, around 2k.

Right, Toyota probably discontinued the Key Fob for Toyota Revo. But, maybe there's remedy. Our Revo's TVSS is still working, tried getting into its programming mode and it still responds. I only need the Key Fob with similar operating frequency (433Mhz) and maybe it will work out. Just want to see the original to check the FCC ID, thats why I was asking some pictures.

BTW, I don't know if these are similar but I found these:

    [1] 89742-AA010 - https://www.amazon.com/Toyota-89742-.../dp/B000KYVA3W
    [2] 89742-06010 - https://www.amazon.com/Toyota-89742-.../dp/B000LG7Y2K

    Replacements:

    [2] 89742-06010 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XRPLY5X..._t2_B0716J696B

Oh, you can get into programming mode by following this:

Perhaps you can try Keycards in Robinsons Magnolia top floor outside of True Value and see if they can make a duplicate remote. They couldn't do my 2007 Santa Fe, but perhaps Toyotas will have better luck.

if it's a simple keyless and no exotica with the engine,
replace it with a cheap generic, as gti says.
my cheap generic (but purchased and installed in the casa) is 14 years old and still fine.

Do 03+ Revos use the same fobs as in earlier models that looks like the fob used in Gen 3 4runners ?:
    FCC ID:BAB237131-022

which was superseded by FCC ID BAB237131-056

According to posts on the internet by said 4runner owners there are two incompatible fobs sharing the same FCC ID distuinguished by case color black as above and a grey version.

    i think,
dlx, lubog headlights (parang rectangular sealed beams). pawis windows and locks.
gl, headlight plastic are streamlined and are ka-level ng grill. pawis windows.
glx, like gl, but with power windows and locks.
sr, like glx, plus may fender borloloys.
