my female colleague, then-newbie to automotive ownership, complained to the casa, about a strange wind-like noise from her rear, while traversing the expressway at speed.
one look at the car, and the service mechanic replied, "bukas po nang kaunti ang bintana nyo".

my guess is, that's just the turbulent wind outside, that you are hearing.

at first kala ko rin naka bukas ang binatana ko, pero hindi naman po pag labas po ng CASA then sa NLEX ganito na, nakakairita lang po ang tunog

Yes po, from the beginning everyday Malolos to QC po ako kaya everyday na eencounter ko po eto

Is it diesel bro? Hindi kaya sipol ng turbo?

A decade ago, my brand new vios had this problem. I complained within 2 days from delivery

I brought it to the casa and they said "bukas lang ng kaunti ang bintana nyo". I proved na sarado. Then after a test drive, wala naman daw sila naririnig. I asked for it to be put on paper na wala sila narinig.

After that, i sent a complaint letter to toyota philippines, complaining of incompetence from toyota manila bay. Toyota philippines handled the case and ordered the car back to the dealership and replaced the whole driver side door.

Newbie lang sa car and hoping na sana makapag close ng deal sa maayos na dealer in terms of sales and after sales service, any recommendations po would be appreciated. Any advice din po about sa mga dapat tignan sa pagbili would be appreciated din

Cash or installment?
For me,just last Aug took the touring for cash.was able to get the insurance free.because of the discount I was able to avail on the casa.
So,try to check more than 2 casa then look for the lowest and try to ask your preferred casa if they can match.

what was wrong with it?

It was because of "air seepage". Since i went directly to toyota philippines and got hold of one of then bigwigs (thanks to the internet) the dealership was given a week to resolve the issue.

Toyota philippines ordered the car back to Sta.Rosa and replaced the entire door to get everything on the driver side door replaced, including the shell.

Bad trip nabasag yung rear windshield ng Innova ko. Nagpapark ako ng reverse di ko napansin meron pala nakausling bakal.

Grabe hassle pag ni claim sa insurance tapos halos pareho lang babayaran kse may share daw ako ng 35% sa parts kse 5years na yung kotse bukod pa sa deductible.

Meron sa aguila glass replacement lang. Wala raw sila ng original/OEM parts. Pinasok ko na lang sa casa para original parts din. Sabi ng casa nasa 20k raw yung rear windshield with defogger.

my factory glasses have no "aguila" mark on them.
"toyota temperlite".
does the aguila mark appear on their glasses?

if i were me, and the glass from aguila looked "ok" naman, i probably would have settled for it, if the price was right.
