Sorry, I have no current photo of the set up but there is enough clearance para di tatama sa sidings. I've blitz pass the expressway and up the winding country road and back. Di naman sumayad yung gulong sa sidings.
I cannot make any recommendation on other tire brands of 205-70/R15 because this is the first time I tried this set up.
Got my tires on promo buy 3 take 1 free for 15K.
The tires I've already tried on the stock set up of 205-65/R15 was the Yokohama Apec, Thunderer Mach II and GT Champiro. Of the three, The Yokohama was the most reliable and sturdy. Bumukol yung Thunderer sa NLEX. Yung Champiro nagkakabitakbitak naman kaya nag Yokohama na ako, tsaka made in the Philippines yung Yoko. Patronize your own baga.
Eto yung observations ko sa bagong set up:
First, mas smoother yung ride. The bigger tires are better at dampening road imperfections lalo na sa rough/unpaved roads.
Second, dati and ingay ng gulong ko lalo na sa expressway, ngayon super tahimik.
Kaya lang may megative impact sa speedometer and odometer since they were caliberated to sync with 205-65/.
Halimbawa yung speedometer reading is 100kph, yung actual speed is about 105kph kaya be aware sa highway baka ma overspeeding. Ganon din sa odo.
Other than those, I'm very happy with my tire upgrade.
