    Possible causes:
    1. When the tires were rotated, that particular tire probably came from one of the front tires, which may have been out of alignment, OR
    2. Wheel bearing(s) on the solid axle is worn out

I called speedlab and they said 10 to 15 increase in torque at 10 to 15 increase in whp din.

Your feedback will be greatly appreciated and will definitely help in my decision.

Btw, I already installed sprint booster TC and knn air filter and I am quite happy with it already but I am curious with this piggy back.
Up ko lang po mga sirs..

after 3 years of suspicion, i have finally decided to find out if my diesel innova's thermostat is stuck, or if it is installed at all! napaka-bagal kasi umakyat ang temp needle, unlike my other innova.
problem is... saan po nakalagay ito sa engine block? i tried google, to no avail.
    a little help, po?

di pa ko nakakapagpalit ng thermostat ng innova (diesel) namin. pero nacurious lang din ako nun kung san sya nakalagay para alam ko na din incase na magloko sya. ang kaso (correct me if i'm wrong) mukang mahirap sya i DIY kasi sa may lower hose sya nakalinya.

Same here. I think my 2015 Innova D4D might also be missing the thermostat.

On your other Innova that presumably has a thermostat, how long does it take to reach normal operating temp (half-way mark on the gauge) when just left idling?

sorry, po, but i don't know. i drive out immediately, kasi. sayang crudo...
but in my older innova, my needle settles to its usual level, just slightly below 1/2, within 2 km.
in my newer one, halos tapos na ang 5 km trip, ay hindi pa umaabot dun sa same level as above. eventually a-abot din siya, but later pa.

    thanks!
kaya yan!
and that fact that i have to grow an extra joint in my arms...

I think we're in the same boat. Even when I've driven several kM, it takes forever for the needle to reach the normal spot. If the engine is left to idle, it'll probably take all of 15 or so minutes to get to operating temp.

With a thermostat, this should be like 5 minutes on idle or 3 minutes when you drive off immediately.

    Hi guys,

Do you have any leads if there are, Toyota dealers that still sell the previous model? Maybe they're offering it at a discount? Baka mas affordable na. I'm interested at their base to mid level if available.

    Thank you.

I suppose this is the d4d innova?

my old 2005 thailand-assembled innova's temp needle went up pretty fast.
my 2012 locally assembled one, took forever to reach the same needle position.
my 2005 model is also 10% more fuel-efficient than my newer one.

Fellow Innova owners, ask ko lang how long ba talaga before pinapalitan ang FUEL FILTER ng Innova diesel?

Sabi kasi ng casa on a per need basis lang nila pinapalitan ang fuel filter. No fixed number of kilometers.

So I'm running 30,000++ kms now, and if the fuel filter is still "clean", then Toyota casa won't change it. Tama ba ito?

Sabi naman sa Isuzu, the diesel experts, Isuzu vehicles need to change fuel filters every 10,000 kms.

So bakit sa Toyota ganun ang PMS on fuel filter? Maganda ba talaga quality ng fuel filter nila?
