You can try Philips Xtreme Vision or Osram Nightbreaker... I understand that each of them gives at least 100% more brightness than regular halogen lamps....

Was an osram nightbreaker, nightbreaker plus, philips night vision user before on medium tint. may improvement kaso minimal. And wala akong swerte sa bulbs na to, pundi agad ang low beam in 12-14 months.
this time around, i had hid projector retrofits. the difference was very Huge.
If you really want better light output, this is the way to go. Save up and invest. Imho
