Kahit patay-sindi CEL, pwede pa-scan yan kasi naka-store na yung DTC. Naka limp mode na yung makina at ni-restrict na ng ECU sa 2k RPM para di na lumala yung sira.

Wag mo nang paandarin at ipa-tow mo na sa maayos na repair shop.

Sorry kung medyo maangas dating nito... pero sabi na nga Check Engine... madali lang naman intindihin na dapat pa-check na, diba? Kaya lang nagiging complicated kung napabayaan at lumala na ang sira.

Bale tumama yung bumper kanina ng innova sa gate namin. May dent and very very deep scratches. Hindi na nga yata scratch lang ang nangyari kaya di ko alam gagawin... eto po yung pictures. Patulong naman mga sirs kung anong dapat gawin dyan...

Im not sure kung dito dapat nakapost yung concern ko. Puro kasi dent repair and scratches nakikita ko sa forums e. Parefer na lang po ako sa correct forum if mali. Thanks in advance.

1. it's plastic, sir. it won't rust. no need to rush the repair.
2. if your car is insured, inquire how much your participation fee will be;
3. ask the friendly neighborhood auto pintor how much he will charge you;
4. how meticulous are you? will a not-so-perfect fix (by the friendly pintor) be acceptable? or do you want "factory-fresh, matching" job c/o insurance?
5. casas/insurance may take several days to a week. neighborhood pintor, 1-2 days.
6. you might consider collecting a few more blemishes, before you have the bumper painted.

check the air cleaner, po.
check mounting screws ng plastic housing at baka maluwag.
check retaining clips ng housing cover at baka hindi nakakabit lahat.
check air filter element sa loob at baka hindi tama ang size na linagay.

i have question.
yesterday, i was turning into a steep, upward ramp, with my steering wheel turned full right. i forgot what gear i was in, and the engine died.
when i tried to re-start it, it was as if my battery was very weak. fortunately, i was able to have it push-started.
i then parked it.
2 hours later, it started normally. i then drove home.
no battery charging was done.
this morning, it started normally.
battery is 8 months old.

any explanations, po?
