    please guide me po..

and rate na sinasabi ng dealer ko eh max na 49% 5 years daw po.. so 8-9% bigay nila interest per month. in house po kami..
    Harang sa in-house financing bro.

Don't think that you're getting away with chattel mortgage,- it will be charged to you any way you go,- hidden or upfront,- it will be there.

Check out with outside financing,- you will definitely get a better deal.

Lastly,- I am out of touch with autofinancing schemes, but your 8-9% per month sounds outrageous to me.... And see, banks have a gruesome way of making money,- they charge everything upfront and divide by the number of amortization periods (months)... Whatever happened to the unbiased declining balance scheme?....

Kaya nga,- if you have the moolah,- pay the whole thing in cash. (wala pang chattel mortgage - sobrang harang kasi ito)

Most importantly,- install a reliable spare tyre lock IMMEDIATELY,- kahit anong variant pa ang bilhin mo, puwede kang manakawan ka ng spare tyre kapag ipinagpaliban mo ito...

As usual, kung kaya ng budget, get the E variant. Pero think long term ha. Make sure may may at least a few months of savings to buffer the monthly payments.

If yung budget mo is talagang for the J variant, then get J. Then save up for a quality power windows install. Chrome handles, mouldings, wood panel dash board and others are just for aesthetics. So wag mo isipin yun. So yung sa function ang i-prioritize mo.

personally, only the auto lock and auto windows ang essentials to me. the rest, i can live without.

From the PS Bank site: 60 Months 36.1000% (Standard) and 34.7000% (with one month advance)

Can this be an issue raised sa warranty? recurring kasi yung noise even if naka twice ng inaayos sa casa thru lubrication at pag alog sa unit.

    salamat sa payo...

The free 1 month amortization is the first month amortization
The amortization amount is naturally dependent on the loan amount and loan term.
The initial amortization to be paid the client (the second amortization in the schedule) shall be made 60 days upon the release of the unit!

    First time owning a vechile?
First time to renew vehicle registration?

    Nothing to worry about it.
Change venue i think add P100 pa rin yata.
