hello mga ka-innova..

share ko lang.. nagpakabit na ako ng engine under cover.. ang masasabi ko lang ay satisfied ako sa quality at usefulness nito.. at least my peace of mind na ako sa tuwing dadaan ako sa may tubig o putik.. hindi na matitilamsikan ng tubig o putik yung ilalim ng makina ko.. ang hirap linisin..

also isa pa lang na fortuner ang nakita kong meron na ring spare tire cover.. pero wala pa sa innova.. ganda na tingnan yung likod.. malinis na at wala ng nakalaylay na kadena..

Gud pm. we planned to have our 1k PMS ds wednesday, 2012 innova g. ano po bang ipapagawa on ds 1st PMS,and advices nyo.. An0ther thing, ung driving ko is between 50-60 only, bago pa kc marunong magdrive. Sabi nila ds s bad for d car/engine pag brand new. Is ds true?

anu ba innova nyo sir, diesel manual na innova G po ba? kung 1k PMS lang sir, change oil, oil filter lang po yan at linis preno, probably mga 1.8k lang babayaran nyo jan.

Guys need your advice. Im planning to upgrade my innova to a fortuner, 2nd hand lang din. What do you think will i incur in terms of additional daily expenses like Gasoline? Maintenance? Others? Naisip ko lang carwash mas mahal. Gas consumption ba almost same? Innova gas ko. Tagtag ba?

Parang delayed talaga if you compare it to manual.

As to starting with 2nd gear from full stop, sa sobrang lakas ng diesel engines, kaya mag start from full stop And 1st gear ginagamit lang pag sobrang steep ng incline ng road or super heavy ang karga. Thats the mentality of traditional truck or jeepney drivers which makes sense imho. I tried this on my bro's Strada, and indeed kayang kaya kahit 4pax resulting to faster accelleration compared to if starting from 1st gear.

This is true for old vehicles but you shouldn't do this with new vehicles. Clutch system will get damaged faster.

The truth is, yung Innova VVTi, will move forward without stepping sa gas on the first gear, dahan dahan ka lang magbitaw ng clutch, then kapag nag gain na ng speed, shift ka sa 2nd gear sabay bomba sa gas ng dahan dahan.

maintenance wise should be the same. gas consumption slightly higher.

sigurado mag iba gas consumption nyan sir, mas mabigat talaga si fort ke inno pero minsan driving habits din talaga and route nagkakatalo sir. maintenance parehas lang yan sir.

ilang years ba ang warranty ng brandnew innova? or ilang km reading before it expires? 3 years na kasi ang innova ko at nasa 25k palang ang odo reading. lumagpas na sa 25,000 scheduled pms at hindi ko pa din napapa pms. tipid mode ako ngayon at mahirap ang buhay kaya gusto ko sana ako na lang mag pms or out of casa pms na lang para maka mura. nung check ko yung warranty booklet nung 20k pms nya last year pa ito na change oil, fully synthetic oil with iridium spark plugs.... ano sa tingin nyo? still on loan pa nga pala ito 2 more years....
