Hi guys. Finally got my loan approved and decided to get an Innova J gas. Finished up all the paperwork at Toyota Alabang today. Bad trip lang kasi baka sa 7th pa ang delivery but not sure kung may darating na Blaze Red.

Ano pa ang mabibili at P1.5 m comparable to Fortuner?

I dont know your other criterias, if you are not after the 7 seats, the look, the engine etc. I hear a lot of raves about the xtrail, sorrento, carnival, venture (hmmm). Im no car expert, but there will be choices, if not now, later.

Honestly, it was above my expectations, I'm not biased ha. the diesel engine is very responsive, light on the pedal and you cant hardly feel the shifting of the transmission. 120kph is a jog in the park for the innova. Top speed so far of any innova owner I know of is 170kph by innovaboy on the NLEX, he has a diesel A/T. My personal consumption is 8.9km/ltr, city driving and a little highway (C5)

anong variant kukunin mo sa fortuner, gas or diesel? IMO, parang mas responsive/powerful ang innova diesel sa fortuner gas. 2.7L VVTi is "adequate" power lang daw because of the size and weight of the fortuner.

para kang hinoldap ng harapan.I Think im going to get nalang Innova Diesel a/t
base on what you said parang ok naman ang Innova Kaya lang medyo Mababa ang hieght nya compare to Fortuner . I will save almost 1/2 a million diba? and cguro may saving din consumption sa fuel and Oil.

yes. ang lamang mo lang sa fortuner is the macho looks and the power of a 3.0L diesel (na Im wishing na nasa innova ). Im not sure ha, check mo sa fortuner thread, I think malakas din sa diesel ang 3.0L e, something like 5 or 6kpl lang, so makakatipid ka rin. Ang alam ko rin mas mahaba pila sa gas fortuner dahil pag kinompute mo, mahirap bawiin ung price difference na 400t(?)

Actualy Innova A/C is beter than the fortuner kasi nasa third row seats na yong 2nd a/c nya kaya Innova nalang tyo!

Good choice. Marami ka pang pambili ng accessories nyan.

It's your personal choice. Mine is quicksilver because I like it. Others would say Blaze Red, Night Mist, etc. because they too like those colors. If you can't decide on your own, better ask yung mga sasakay sa ride mo kung ano ang preferred nila.

Bago ako nag-decide sa color, nagbotohan pa kami dito sa bahay.

Yep thats true. ^_^ Innova is the right choice. Just use the extra money for accessories. That's what I did to mine. Look up the Thread or Innova Club Site natin for pics of my ride with all my accessories para malaman mo kung ano gusto mong ilagay sa innova mo. ^_^

Did anybody try to change the size of their tires/mags??? Looks like the original tires are a bit small for the unit. Ano kaya ang the best???

Also another point for me for Innova isn't the acceleration pedal a bit inside and ur leg sort of hit the side??? Just my observation...

I did see one of the dealer display Gas m/t G Innova w/ 17inch mags made by
rota ang pogi and it added extra Height Idnt knw if it will void your waranty lang
and may TV Monitor and DVD player na din WOW!
But syepre may added cost yon Around 120t yata.

I'm not sure bout other Casa(s) but here in Cebu, it would definitely void the warranty even if they (TOYOTA) will be the one to change the tires and the mags. TV Monitor and DVD player won't void the warranty though as long as you buy them from them. ^_^

I experienced that too. Pero nakapag-adjust na ako.

I also got an Innova J D4D m/t. Am happy and very satisfied with it. Complain lang ni missis - bakit wala daw tunog yung speakers sa likod? Sabi ko, wala talagang speakers yung J variant sa likod kasi J yung low-end model ng Innova.

Question lang: sama mga J-owners na nakapagpakabit na ng speakers sa rear doors, ano ang size ng abang na butas? pang 4"(10cm) or 5.25"(13cm) or 6.5"(16cm) na round speakers? Tulong lang po. thanks.
