Tumbok ko na, bro. You are using synthetic oil nga pala. Meaning, complete change oil is done every 10T Km and every 5T Km ang PM. So, kailangan ng topping up to maximum after 5T Km. In my experience before, kahit na bago ang sasakyan, bumababa ang level ng oil. You can't notice this if you are frequently changing your oil regularly from 3 to 5 Km. In your case, complete change oil is being done every 10 Km. So, definitely bababa iyan and you need extra oil. In my personal opinion, pwede ng pang top up yung ordinary oil.
Any extra additional informations from our expert tsikoters?

salamat bro.. I ca then buy a liter of the oil which I intend to use on my 10K PMS [say, mobil1]. Para maski sumobra o kumulang ng kaunti ung oil, may reserve pa ako for topping...

I had my alarm/central locking installed at Toyota Commonwealth and the brand is Titan. For the 3rd time in 3 months, nag-malfunction na naman ang lock ng left rear door. This time, they sent a mechanic to my office in Makati to fix it. Kaya lang kulang sa gamit ang mechanic. Hindi rin nagawa. So pina-disable ko na lang muna ang lock nung left rear door.

Bro, I think if there is a general problem with the D-4D engine, Toyota will not come out with their Fortuner and Hi-Ace anymore. These engines however, were first introduced in Indonesia & Thailand. From the experience of the Toyota how the Innova sales was, it is somewhat an indication how the Innova acceptance gained trust from the public. I can say, I am a wise buyer. But finally, I came out driving an Innova. Just continue gathering more information & please let us know.

Sa tingin ko Innova di gagawin taxi, kasi most taxi operators (sa hirap ng buhay) will probably buy 2nd Hand cars or for the price, Crosswind pa rin. Mas marami isasakay na pasahero ang Crosswind and Adventure kaysa Innova. Sana naman di nila gawin taxi ang Innova, first time ko lang bili Toyota kasi sati all my rides are Honda (para walang taxi).

With regards sa Motor oil, if in your dipstick dropped below maximum, it is advised to fill some more to reach the maximum level para sure protection for your engine. As for me, I'm using Mobil 1 fully synthetic since 1991 on all my gasoline vehicles, while Delvac 1 fully synthetic also from Mobil para sa Diesel vehicles ko. Para parang bago ang mga sasakyan ko. When time comes to sell the vehicle, it is still in good condition. I usually start filling Mobil 1 on my 1,000km PMS. I also change my oil every 5,000km. para laging bago. If you want to have the best Engine wash of all time, go to BIG Berts sa Araneta Ave. parang galing sa Showroom ang Engine mo.

For the alarms, I suggest MASPRO sa Banawe tapat ng Ha Yuan Restaurant malapit sa E. Rodriguez side, meron din sya Innova Accessories, very professional kahit maliit ang tindahan. Lahat ng alarms and accessories ko galing sa kanya. Ask for Benjie Cheng.

Guys, I think it's time to share the failures of our Innova (If there is).
So far, these are the problems I have encountered:
1. Detached plastic assembly coverings of the left seat belt. I asked them
to include the right side (Complete assembly will be replaced free of charge)
2. Busted left personal lamp (Not included in the warranty. Part will be
charged)
3. Loose left fog lamp assembly (Free labor)
4. Detached chrome door housing (Adhesive tape cost me PhP55.00 & free
labor). All four door housing were re-fixed.

All were corrected except item 1 & 2 which require parts replacement. Parts will be available in 1-month time, TSK!TSK!TSK!

After 5 Km, I rotated all tires including spare, though manual says 10T.
