ask ko lang mga sir, anong klaseng coolant ang nakalagay sa innova? masama ba if mahaluan ng ibang klase? parang pink kasi ung color ng current coolant.

To be safe buy at Toyota Dealers, pre-mixed or concentrated Toyota OEM radiator coolant. Almost same price lang naman with other radiator coolant brands.

Kung kailangan mo lang dagdagan yung radiator water level, just buy the Toyota pre-mixed.

nagtataka ako sa brake pads... i learned from some owners na pag original brake pads uma-abot 3 years, yung isang kakilala kong innova owner 4 years na di pa nagpapalit brake pads. pag replacement na less than a year na lang daw ina-abot. Is this true? I drive Baguio-La Union at high speeds going down. ok lang ba wear and tear brake pads o pinag-interesan yung original sa kasa

Mine was M/T replaced front brake pads after 3 years, mixed city driving and occasional Isabela/Aurora trips.

From what I learned from TMBC Service advisors is that A/T cars would need brake pads replacement more than M/T cars. Usually it would last 1-2 years for M/T, depending on the road condition and traffic.

Mas unang nauubos ang front brake pads and casa mechanic told me that rear brake drum pads are usually replaced on the 2nd replacement set of front pads. Meaning makaka-ubos ka ng 2x front pads as against 1x rear brake shoe pads.

BTW, I'm using R-Spec (replacement) front brake pads and so far I have no problem for about 5 months now. Tapos na ang warranty ko, kaya sa gasoline station na ko nagpalit ng front brake pads. P800 for the R-Spec front brake pads plus P300 labor, including brake fluid flushing and replacement.

I do believe Caltex may be their distributor as with their engine oil
difference; buying from Caltex is cheaper compared to casa

That's why it would be safer to get it from Toyota dealer anyway it is a product in every PMS that is needed in small amount. You will only need full flushing of coolant every 40Kms.

Sabi din sa akin yan pero tinanong ko sa kanila kung ano yung difference nung binebenta sa accessories section nila versus dun sa labas... Mags at gulong lang naman ang tatanggalin at ikakabit... pag sa kanila binili, intact pa din yung warranty... galing nila...

OK lang sana itago yung stock rims/tires kaso sayang yung trade-in value... savings din kasi pag na-trade ng mataas na presyo. I got a good trade-in... P10,000 for 4 steel rims/stock tires. Unlike sa iba, P6K lang ang binibigay. Sa ngayon, tapos na ang warranty ko at ok pa ang pang-ilalim... Replaced my stock rims/tires from day 1. Only Lift rod sa likod ang na-claim ko under warranty which is good na din for my Innova.
