Hello po mga sir! The rear left side shock absorber of our innova is already leaking, I just want to ask if covered po kaya ng warranty yun since it is considered a wear and tear part, ours is a december 2006 model, the 3 yrs warranty would end this month na, kaya we want to know if it's part of the 3 year warranty period pa. If not ok lang din naman sa amin outside the casa na lang papalitan, pero of course sayang din naman if covered pala...

yes kasama yan sa warranty. rear left side lang ang papalitan and not both rear.

yes kasama pa rin sa warranty yan pero they will not replace both rear shocks.

Ask ko lang if palit agad ako ng rim n tires outside, ma voviod ba warranty ko?? gusto ko kasi sime outer and tire at maganda rims para porma..
Ano ba size ng semi outer na tire???? no idea kasi ako.. hehe

Hi,

I went to GoldCars in Banawe and saw their Roof Rail. Sabi ng kausap ko, orig daw yun. ganun din daw ang binebenta sa CASA. pinakita nya pa sa akin yung mga rails na nakalagay sa box na may Toyota ang tatak.


For those of you who had their roof rails purchased sa GoldCArs, are they any good? totoo bang orig iyon?

By the way, quoted price sa akin is 8K. also planning to buy carrier to go with the rail.

eto naman po mga sir ang aking kwentong inoba J blaze: nakuha ko ang innova ko last oct 24 at cash ito at ang binayaran ko ay 810t at 45t ang ibinigay nilang discount, ipinabawas ko ang Tint=1500, matting na mukang linoleum=500 at seat cover na mukang balat ng lumpia for 1000pesos at ganun daw talaga pag bibilin mo sa kanila ay mahal at pag sila naman ang bibili ay Barat to the bones...eniwei ok lang at pumayag ako dahil hindi naman 3m ang ikakabit kaya sa labas na lang...ipinakabit ko sa kanila ang foglamp for 6450, alarm for 5000 at power lock for 2000 at marami ng nagsabi na pag kuryente na involve ay dapat sa kanila at bka ma void ang waranti....takot ako sa kuryente although taga meralco ako hehehe...at ang side visor for 3t.. sinabi ko na din ang undercoat for 2500 pero may nagpayo sa akin na taga toyota din na wag na dahil baka daw magkakaroon ng chemical reaction dahil ito ay factory rustproofed na so hindi na natuloy at may 3 years naman itong waranti...ang pagkakaiba nito ay 4 spoke ang stirring at airbag ang driver side...and i may add na ang model nito ay 2010 na..ang opismate ko ay bumili din ng inoba last 3 months ang model niya ay 2009 hehehe sa papel lang nagkaiba pero parehong pareho! salamat po...

can you show us a picture? the current innova just had its facelift. so i doubt if they will release a new one or a new facelifted one..

The nth up spec (2010 YM perhaps?) does come with driver's side airbag.

I would also like to ask relating to this situation, we missed our 3rd PMS check, I'm not sure if it was 10k or 15k PMS, because the car is barely used- it hasn't even reached 10k kms yet!. Would this void the warranty, I tried asking around but nobody seems to be in our situation of having a low mileage innova that is almost 3 yrs old.

Try bringing it to the casa and see if they are willing to change it under warranty.

As for the voiding of warranty due to missed PMS, yes they can claim warranty void if something happened to the engine or drivetrain. But for parts like leaking shocks (a common problem with the IMV), I think they should replace it under warranty.

Warranty will be voided daw if magkabit ng roof rail sa labas, either drilling or clamping. Pag kinalawang daw ang lugar ng roof rail, di daw gagawin ng casa under warranty.


Meron ba ibang design na nilabas ang innova? Eto yung unit na nakuha ko last week, Front and Back

Yes sir Diesel ito, hindi kasama ang LTO at ang insurance, insurance ay kinuha ko sa labas, standard insurance at nakuha ko ng 17,00 kasi sa toyota ay 28tplus ang comprehensive...sa facelift? tingnan mo na lang sir ang kay sir shibby75 na naka post ang picture exactly ganun din dahil nagpalagay na din ako ng foglamp..

I have backread up to page 652, this question came up and was left unaswered. Gusto ko din magkabit nito, may nakapag try na ba? Pansin ko nga din ang sway ng likod ng innova pag kuha ng curves.

Yung alarm ko bro sa toyota mismo ako bumili just to be safe. mas maigi na yung electrical add-ons mo dun mo na lang din kunin para hindi ma-void yung warranty mo. pwede mo naman i-huggle yung price sa SA mo para makatipid ka.

I plan to buy one in Toyota bicutan for 4500. MArami pala difference ang G sa E variant. I have a G D4D variant 2005 model tapos my wife and i decided to purchase another innova (instead of the avanza) but this time an E variant.

Just want to share what I saw in toyota bicutan in one of their 2010 Innova G on display - the window pillar is not painted in black anymore. Instead they used a black sticker (similar to stickers advertisers put in cars). Has anyone able to see a G or V variant in any toyota showroom and actually saw that they used stickers instead of paint?
