Help please, is there a big difference between ordinary & fully synthetic oil? or benefits to our engines? thanks..

10,000kms oil change interval with fully synthetic oil; 5,000kms for semi-synthetic.

mga bosing, ask ko lang kung talaga bang mahirap makakuha ng unit ngayon? kasi 2 weeks na simula nung purchase order namin, hanggang ngayon wala pa daw available na unit. anyway, toyota manila bay ang branch na kontak namin, at innova 2.5 G dsl ang unit na order namin. sabi ko nga, kahit anong kulay, basta mailabas lang dis week, or at least nxt week. tia.

Hehehe! ako nga pre eh sabi ko eh ang gusto ko eh fuschia pink at ipina iispel sa akin ng SA edi ko alam nun ispelling kaya sabi ko RED na lang kaya ayun Blaze nakuha ko!! hehehe! pero seryoso pre Saturday nag inquire ako innova nag managers chek ako ng wednesday sbi sa akin thursday pwede ng kunin, sbi ko sa saturday na lang at masyadong mabilis kasi di pa ayos garahe ko, kaya in about a week ayun May inoba na ako dito ito sa Toyota Cabanatuan City

All variants are ok depending on your preference. Diesel has good torque not sure about the gas variant.

I have a 2005 D4D G Variant, good interior space and well complemented by it's color - biege. G variant has 1 airbag (driver) and no ABS. On the other hand, a VVTi E Variant (I recently bought 2010 model) has black and gray interior, 1 airbag (driver side) and ABS.

If you want power features with very minimal customization go for the G variant (D4d or VVTi) otherwise go for an E or J.

We're also considering having an Innova. Is it ok to get a J variant and just install power locks / windows ? the E variant is a bit off our budget and the power features are the only items that make me look at a G avanza.

technically it is depending on your choice, preference and also of course the budget of what variant you want to get of an innova.

I got a 2005 Toyota Innova D4D and am very happy and satisfied with what I got... as I have not experience any trouble(s) or any sort of problem with this AUV. anyway the J feature I got has no airbag and only has 3 spoke steering wheel, no power window, power steering (as I believe most cars release nowadays has this feature) compared to latest model which has a driver airbag and a 4 spoke steering wheel... despite you dont have those features, you can compensate by trying to install on some aftermarket parts like power window, back sensor, etc.

Toyota Innova J also has a sleek design and seemed to be most Innova's along the road has a J variant...
and yes you can install power lock and power window on your Innova J, but you may would like to consult your Toyota Service area on this as your 3 years warranty may be voided due to installation of aftermarket parts on your Innova.

Question po, ano yung reasonable price sa insurance for a brand new innova? Medyo nagcacanvas na kasi ako ng good deal and nagkakaiba yng mga price nila sa insurance. The lowest I got was 18k with AOG (People's) while the most expensive is 45k with AOG as well (i'm assuming this is metrobank since I asked Toyota Marikina). Any inputs or ano past experience ng mga ibang brand new buyers ng innova? By the way I'm buying an Innova G D4D.

Nakakakaba lang yng sobra mura kasi baka mahirap magclaim, baka taga naman yung sobrang mahal. Kaya I'm looking for the most reasonable and not exactly the lowest.

help me naman, I had a 15km highway drive(80-100kph) last saturday, then
when i parked i turned off na yung engine, then i noticed na medyo need to move forward pa yung car ko, what i did is start engine & it start & biglang namamatay, it happend 3x, then 4th time na start hndi na sya namatay. My innova is d4d odo reads 2500km. What could be the prob? Is it the turbo charger? kase i turned off kagad yung engine & didn't wait 2-3 min to cool off the turbo? help naman po. thanks

maganda bumili ng automatic para pag binaha kotse mo dalawa computer box bibilhin mo. di mo pa pwede itulak pag tumirik sasakyan mo.

when i parked i turned off na yung engine, then i noticed na medyo need to move forward pa yung car ko, what i did is start engine & it start & biglang namamatay, it happend 3x, then 4th time na start hndi na sya namatay. My innova is d4d odo reads 2500km. What could be the prob? Is it the turbo charger? kase i turned off kagad yung engine & didn't wait 2-3 min to cool off the turbo? help naman po. thanks

have you installed a turbo timer?

I got the G variant Gas manual. OK na din specs ngayon kesa dati, The reason why i got the G was passenger airbag and ABS. Tapos auto climate control na din, may steering controls na din for the radio and the multi info display. Aywan ko lang for any other changes from the previous years.

In my opinion ok na din ang pulling power ng 2.0 VVTi. Umaakyat at umoobertake ng antipolo on 3rd gear with 4pax inside. Matulin din naman sya, for now 170 pa lang ang naabot ko (2000km pa lang ang odo) with a full load of passenger.

Matipid na din, wag ka lang lalagpas ng 3000rpm at that point kumagat na ang VVTI, lalakas ang hatak pati consumo.

hi sir, am not familiar with it. sorry. i think wala po ako turbo timer. stacked po ba sa innova E yun? do you think yung turbo nag cause nun problem ko?thanks.
