Just a tip...upon delivery, check if the clearance of the front left tire from the fender is the same on the right front tire. A lot of us noticed that the cars weren't upright. This was the case on our D4D.

Dunno what they did on the D4D! Dad and I just noticed that clearance improved a bit, the fenderwell was moved by a bit, and the door didn't sound as good as before when we close it. But still, clearance wasn't as perfect as that on our VVT-i.

mahina lng aircon ko. Since first time car owner ako (rental lng ksi ako sa tate dati) kaya di ko napansin 26 psi lng mga gulong for half ng tank kaya cguro ganun at first time manual driver din. Between 2k - 2.5K shift ko pero minsan nkaka3K din kung paakyat.

^Thumbs up. It's a good "weekend car" for the family. Very comfortable, reliable, and doesn't drink too much gas. The body isn't too heavy for the engine. It's the fastest car in its class (FR-layout, body on frame) in my opinion. But if you're gonna use it as an everyday car, you ought to take a look at the D4D Innova.

Kaya ako di ko pinapadaan sa baha kahit anong dala kong sasakyan ngayon, dati kasi mas matataas pa sa Innova ang inaararo ko sa baha na mga sasakyan either right after makakaproblema ako sa under chassis parts or later after few months. Most prone sa baha ay yung rear deferential gear box at axle bearings and then second is transmission gear box.
Galing ako toyota shaw, pinacheck ko yung belt pati pang-ilalim nung inabot ako ng baha. Tama ka Mile2 sealed nga ball joints ng innova so no prob sa baha. Kaso yung brakes and differential daw ang prone.

So far so good, wala nang tunog kaninang umaga :D

Tsktsk

Me? The deepest flood I plowed through is up to half of the wheel.
I could feel the flood water splashing under the floor.

And I'm not doing that again.

I called Lederland last wednesday and ordered a set of the seat covers without bothering to go there first. I had it installed this afternoon and was very satisfied with the result. Pag tiningnan mo, parang upholstered sya sa pagkakafit. May 1 year warranty pa!. Had a few words with the owner Jerry who is also an innova owner. Wife nya pala yung kausap ko sa phone, Janette and pangalan. To anybody wanting to have leatherette or leather seat covers for your innovas, punta na sa Lederland and you won't be disappointed.
