-brackets para sa mga headlight at tail light

Hi guys! Kaka-underwash lang nung VVTi namin...ayos naman ang linis. Nung naka-lift, may nakita akong manipis na layer ng kalawang sa muffler. Balak ni erpat papinturahan...meron na bang nakagawa dito ng ganon???
Muffler or pipe? kung pipe normal lang na magkaroon ng kalawang, kahit yung catalytic converter nagkukulay kalawang yun. Catalytic conventer are disposable anyway so why bother painting it, even the pipes are replaceable din.
Pero kung gusto mong pinturahan, gumamit ka ng VHT paint, maraming aerosol na mabibili sa mga DIY shops.
Muffler po! Yung pipe tsaka cat mukang malinis pa naman po...Si erpat kasi OC pagdating sa kotse eh...kaya konting trace ng kalawang natataranta na. Hehehehe...
I got this feeling Toyota used substandard materials for the pipe. Mine is also a VVT-i so no diesel sludge or soot to help guard against rusting. It is very difficult but I tried to apply a layer of waterproof marine oil from the exhaust tip until the bend inside. Since there is moisture build up during the start up in the morning, it is always moist inside. Right now, there is surface rust inside (which is hard to reach, let alone the opportunity to sand it out). I have decided to leave it alone. It will take a few more years to eat through that pipe.
