I'm not sure about this. Toyota should honor any warranty without the use of the book. Try asking them about it just to be sure.
They do ask for the booklet when you have a PMS done by a dealer/casa, so that they can input the km/interval bet services and etc .
It is usually better to have the PMS done at casas in the first three years of a vehicle's life, for the purpose of warranty claims. Toyota might not honor any warranty repairs if they found out somebody else other than them tampered with the vehicle.

Welcome richcris!
I think you would be required to show the Warranty Booklet to prove that you are eligible to warranty service.
If you have the change oil done at a gasoline station, the warranty as far as the engine is concerned would be voided.

Galing kasi ako sa casa for the 5K PMS of Santa Fe CRDi VGT, every 40K KMs daw ang coolant refill. Sabi nya, you'll only have to kung may leak.
anyway, baka iba lang design.

If your vehicle is cold (ie. havent been started for the last 4 hrs or more), usually the indicator will be below the max indicator. This is normal. If you look at it again, when the vehicle is hot (ie. used for at least a few kilometers of running) you will see the indicator will suddenly be near or be at the maximum indicator.
Under the normal conditions, the coolant level should not be too low unless you have a leak. It is NOT recommended to fill up with water as this will only dilute Toyota's pink coolant. I think it is better to bring it to the CASA and have them top your reservoir with their pink coolant fluid.
