    Sir, correct me if im wrong, but I believe it is a 1C engine. Its the same diesel engine found in the very limited Corona diesel sedan. If it is indeed a 1C then it is just a 1800cc as compared to the 2C which has a displacement of 2000cc

    hindi ko kasi alam kung 2c turbo o mas mataas na engine yan. nasipol sya pag natakbo, pero ngayon hindi na. bakit kaya?

    Based on the images above, I think it doesn't have a turbo. The whistling sound maybe because of the exhaust tail pipe design, which could be, in time, accumulates exhaust carbons thus the disappearance of sound.

    Kung mahina ang hatak, unahin mo muna yung mga basic maintenance, change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter at adjustment ng valve clearance. Kung wala pa din, pwede mo din pa check sa calibration shops yung fuel injection system mo.

    Kung sa akin lang, pag binaba yung transmission, mas magandang isabay mo na lahat para 'di doble ang gastos sa labor. Isa pa, menos abala din kung isang gawaan na lang. Kadalasan kasi pag bumugay na yung clutch disk, susunod na din yung pressure plate at release bearing. Yung sa engine support, nakalimutan ko na yung brand nung nagpalit ako. Basta itanong mo na lang sa auto supply, nagbibigay naman sila ng options sa brand and quality.

    No, no need to bring down the engine. Ginagawa ng mga mekaniko eh nilalagyan ng jack yung makina para mai-angat at para matanggal then maisingit yung engine support. Normally sabay na yun dalawang support na pinapalitan.

    Ganyan talaga chief pag naluluma na yung sasakyan, madami ng naglalabasang diperensya. Ang maganda lang dun, though magastos at nakakapagod din, ang sarap ng pakiramdam pag naayos mo na lahat. Kung minsan, kahit luma yung sasakyan mo basta makinis at maganda ang tindig, napapalingon pa din yung iba.

    tanong ko lang po kung ano kaya sira ng tamtam ko.

    ung starter kasi minsan ayaw pimitik, kailangan pang alugin ung fx o ikadyot para pumitik ung starter?


    starter kya sira???


    madali lang bang baglasin un? plano ko kasi baklasin at linisin.

    Agree with what Sir dr.d has mentioned. It might be the carbon brushes of your starter are worn already. Add to that, check also all terminals for loose or corroded connections, from the battery up to the starter cables.

    starter relay ng motor nagawa ko ayusin, sana ganun din sa fx. heheheheheh

    when my brother and i, did our first starter, it took us over an hour. mang felix the mechanic tambay sa auto parts store, does it in 5-10 minutes. he knows how, his muscles are stronger, and he does not care how dirty his hands and his clothes get. until then, we only read about it. we do care how dirty our clothes get, because our mom does. and our muscles are weak. we're doctors!

    i always have my solenoid replaced. it is my belief that if it happened once, it will happen again, soon, even after a good cleaning. but solenoids aren't cheap. several hundreds to about a thousand, depending on type and model.

    sir ano po standard or stock size ng primary and secondary jets ng carb 7k engine tamaraw fx 1.8 thanks. im using 5k carburetor now for 7k engine ano ang reccomend size ng jet

    If PCV, yes meron. If N/A 2C, malapit sa likod ng Valve cover, right side if your standing at the front. Bale eto yung merong 3/4 hose na naka connect sa intake manifold.

    san po ba nilalagay ung tranmission oil or gear oil ng 2c enginge ng fx? para san po yan?


    pag tumatakbo po kasi fx ko, pag mag change gear tapos aarangkada na, may kalansing o kalampag akong naririnig.

    sa 2nd gear at 3rd gear ko naririnig.


    ano po ba ung gear oil, tranmission oil, differential oil? ilang litro po yang mga yan?

    ano ano ba ung mga oil na kailangan palitan sa fx? 1996 model po kasi ung fx na pinamana sakin. gusto ko sana icondition siya. tnx
