yes 2C rin ang FX ko, at na-experience ko din yan noon.
nung una sa umaga hirap i-start, at nang lumaon maski tanghali na ayaw pa rin, at sabi ng mechanic ko ay blowby na or loose compression na.
ginawa ay overhaul, for inspection at oversize lang ng piston ring at palit ng thrust bearing washer nung July 2010, at hanggang ngayon okay pa rin.

The symptoms you mentioned above is usually a sign of a poor pre-heat system. BTW, as you mentioned in your text, ok naman lahat ng glow-plugs mo as tested by your mechanic. May I know as to what exact procedure he did when testing your glow plugs? Usually, there are several steps you can do to check if your pre-heat system is working. 1. directly injecting a 12Vdc source to your individual plugs, if it emits a minimal spark, then the plug coil is good, 2. remove the individual plug and inject a 12Vdc source, this time you will have to see the tip of the plug "glow" or heated. Do not overdo the testing though. If it "glows" then it is ok, 3. test the glow plug line source if there is a DC voltage during the pre-heat period. Check also if the pre-heat period last at least 5 to 10 secs.
BTW, one more question, does your engine crank good enough during cold start-ups? Thanks

Ipa compression test mo na lang para malaman ang engine condition.
yung mahabang redondo (kailangan mabilis ang ikot at halos pakadyot lang, at ramdam mo ang power), that is assuming na okay ang engine mo.

yung heater glow plug ko was all still ok when it was checked during overhaul for the 1st time after 13 yrs.
OK bro, that means ok ang starter at battery mo. Given the scenario you stated, your pre-heat system might not be working properly, thus you need to hold on to your starter for a longer time to attain the heat/pressure required by your combustion chamber to get your engine going. Next best thing to do is to check the entire pre-heat system as what ive discussed above/before. If i'm right, your pre-heat system fails to do its job during your initial start-ups.
I've noticed anothr thng kgbe. Ganun p rn 24 hrs p rn na idle ung fx. 1st try mga 10 secs cguro, d ng start, ng antay lng ako ng another min, hinayaan ko lng cyang nk on, i tried starting d engine again, 5 secs ng start cya. Gawin ko ulit ganun mamaya. Antay ako 1 minuto bago cya i start
Yes overhaul talaga at ang gastos ay 12,000 pesos ang total na gastos; 6,000 pesos ang labor out of that amount.
ipa comprssion test mo muna yung engine mo para sigurado na yun nga ang cause.
siguraduhin mo rin na malakas pa ang battery mo (ilang taon na ba ito?) ipa load test mo ito sa mga battery center, to get true condition.
