Nagpalagay din ako ng 2 eye back up sensor, parang naliliitan kasi ako sa visibility ng rear window and mapupunta kasi sa wife ko to kaya parang ok na yung 3k na price kesa naman lagi sya makaatras hehe

because you leave it to tancha or fate? something you cant see? hehe
me being used to drive around a tamaraw fx sisiw ang obstacles kahit reverse, may convex mirror kasi sa rear door so i can see the rear bumper and anything near it. then the first time i drove a sedan (esi) my goodness i cant park in reverse dahil sa takot na mabangga yung likod nung kotse, may nakisuyo lang kasi magpadrive that time. at di ko makita yung bumper. kasi nga sedan. hehe

sa vios yes its small, and kahit hindi ko kita likod i can park in reverse na. yun lang sensors give me an accurate measurement of how near is near.

dati gusto ko din magpa install until such time na nasanay na ako tanchahin yung sasakyan. the way na mag reverse park ako is binababa ko yung left and right windows para kita ko yung sides then yung sa likod naman via a bigger clip-on rear view mirror. dahan-dahan paatras (alalay sa preno since automatic) until I feel the back is on a safe distance sa mga obstacles.

obviously hindi puede yung pagbaba ng windows pag malakas ang ulan, and I guess sensors would be inaccurate too dahil sa water interference (correct me if I'm wrong). In such case, malaking tulong na tanchado mo ang auto mo.

Left wheel got misaligned. Parking on a slope, turning right (full right) na may buwelo sampa sa gater. Dapat pala dahan dahan. :-p

Went to casa. Alignment not part of warranty. Paid 1,800 with vacuum and cleaning.

    Fyi guys.

Warranty is only voided if you tamper with the electrical connections. If you don't, then it isn't of merit.[/QUOTE]

that's strange since you know this principle yet you still purchased the add-ons in the CASA.

Has anyone among here been using the car floor mat brand WEATHERTECH? It's a US made and brand mat. They have a representation here in the Philippines and even have a Facebook page. The item looks good and I think the quality is better?

My dad has a complete set for his CX5. Perfect for the very heavy rain they're currently experiencing. I don't think they have mats specific for the Vios. You can use the cut to fit model though. If you're willing to pay the price it's a good product but there are other cheaper alternatives.

Thanks for the reply. Saw the Facebook page that they have mats for new Vios. But seems like I haven't encountered in this thread of anyone using it on their vehicle. Yup I saw they have a model that you can customize yourself. Just worried if the mats will stay in place specially the driver side. I supposed that if they have one made for Vios, then it is provided with pair of holes for the locking mechanism to secure it in place just like the original mats supplied with the new car. Anyway will try to do more research.

    Ah this one:

It's not as deep as their purpose-fit models so it won't hold much water. It's relatively cheap though and there are holes for the floor hooks.

Yes that is exactly what I saw on their page. They did not state the price though.

4995. It's relatively cheap because other sets cost 6995 for fronts only and another 5995 for the one-piece rear. The cut-to-fit set is 3500.

Finally our Vios 1.3E will be released on Friday. Nagpalagay ako ng 2 eye sensor, the price is 4.5k sa casa. I haggled and they gave it to me for 3.8k, forgot what brand though.
