When you put a spacer between a chassis and the body, you will also have to rebracket the bumpers, radiator, and other engine bits that are body mounted because the engine is chassis mounted.

I'd still go for a suspension lift if you are just after 2 inches. New shocks, springs/spacers, and pop in the caster bushings and its done.

The Truth About Cars has a review of the Suzuki Jimny by .

Review: 2012 Suzuki Jimny, Philippine Spec, Tested In The Philippines | The Truth About Cars

The jiggly ride is particularly disconcerting. Twin live-axles give the Jimny better articulation than a professional pole-dancer but make the ride lumpier than her motel room mattress.
    :bwahaha:

Hehe... I had more fun writing that than I've had in ages. we went to Mount Maarat, and we were practically flying on thw way down, no matter how rough the roads are.

Nobody complains about the ride on a go-kart...

Have an off-road feature for kotse.com off the same trip with many more pics. It's my last article for kotse.com... Something I was supposed to do for bigbigcar years ago, but never had the time to do.
