So there are wires for rear speakers already?
I found a fascia for 2-din stereos online so I'll just order that. I'm still on the fence if I should get Pioneer or Alpine this time. I am still deciding what I should get for 2-way 4" speakers for the front and 2-way 5.25" for the rear.
^kill, nasaan na LC mo?
sa FM before i really liked the sound produced by alpine 117. regretting that i didnt remove that HU when i sold the FM.
We still have the LC and might get another one since my mum really likes it. I got rid of my FM and replaced it with a TB. I kept my CK though and I'm thinking of repainting it. This Jimny was an impulse buy. I'm not sure what I'll do with it but in the meantime, I'll fix it up.
This is the fascia I ordered:
And the stereo I ordered is an older model so I got it cheap. I don't like touch screens and this one has a front USB slot which I prefer:
I also ordered some Pioneer speakers for front (4")and rear (5.25").
This might help po mga sirs on installing rear speakers kung idDIY nyo Installation of the rear speakers on the Suzuki Jimny - DanBP.org
thanks
Finally the compressor gave up on me. Brought to crystal aire and got a quote of P19K, labor and parts included.

hopefully its not china replacement. the term OEM is used very loosely nowadays![]()
Sir, I dunno if "tope" is the right term, but it's the clack-clack-clack sound that seems to come from the engine. In older cars of decades ago, this sound would sometimes be remedied by tightening the engine tappets.
It is most frequently heard when accelerating (from any gear).
Btw, my Jimny is M/T...
Hi folks.
I'm thinking of selling my 2011 Jimny M/T JLX (bought NOS May 2012) this coming June. But I am finding it hard to put a reasonable price on it since there are very few Jimny's for sale second-hand.
Is an insurance company's valuation on its insurance policy renewal a good approximation of the vehicle's market value?

Yes pls share rfs. Been hearing a lot of good things about the Jimny. Something wrong with performance/reliability?
Sure...
- I can't drive anymore (vision problems)
- I'm dependent on my wife to drive me around.
- And she refuses to drive M/T on EDSA and C-5 bumper-to-bumper traffic.
- I'm retiring in May, so we won't need more than 1 car thereafter (hers; or sell both and get something bigger than her old Vios para pwede pang-hakot ng gamit).
