    Hi Sir Grit,

here are your calculations regarding your choosen package:

based on a 48,000php downpayment.. and I'm assuming that the GA model is around 570,000php cash price.. (i think ganun pa din ata)

for a 3 year payment plan - you will be paying a total of 803,100php which is over 233,100php extra
for a 4 year payment plan - you will be paying a total of 842,784php which is over 272,784php extra
for a 5 year payment plan - you will be paying a total of 893,400php which is over 323,400php extra

if you can increase the downpayment (payout).. im sure that your monthly payments can be reduced.

    btw, for reference din po..

my downpayment was 180,000php 5 year payment scheme of 10,050

so that will be a 783,000 total payment for 5 years... extra payment only of 213,000 over the cash price of 570,000

but i dont have those 'extra' sensors, tv-dvd, 2 headrest monitors, etc.. just a simple GA model.. but im thinking you got a good price there..

but again.. im pushing to have a higher downpayment.. for a lower monthly rate.. lets pull down the 'extra' cash that you will be shelling out for them. :D

Question lang guys. Due for change oil na ako kaso walang available na 10W-30 or 5W-30 which is recommended by Suzuki. Thanks!

hi sir, a 10w40 or 5w40 will do just fine.. possible lang that you will have slightly higher Fuel Consumption due to the oils viscosity. Im using RP 5w30...

Good Day po mga masters, I hope its ok to join this thread. This is my first post here * tsikot.com.

I bought a Repo APV 2007 model from a bank last Sept. 41k na yung natakbo nya. I think its a very good buy kasi kasya kaming buong pamilya pati na yung stroller ng pamangkin ko. The only complains I have ay yung malakas mag consume ng gas at matagtag yung likod.

Sir confirm ko lang, upon reaching 80,000Kms ba dapat magpalit ng timing belt or napapalitan ng ng dad mo yung timing belt before upon reaching a certain Km reading?

    Maraming salamat po.

hi sir.. welcome to tsikot.. best is consult your APV maintenance manual.. di ko rin kasi memorize yung correct kilometer reading on changing timing belts.

best also is to have it checked sa CASA or your suking carshop/mekaniko.

    Newbee po dito sa tsikot.com

Current ride ko po is Isuzu 2003 Crosswinds XUV. Very very very satisfied po ako sa durability / performance / FC.

Over Over Over Overpriced !!!

Ang mga option ko po ay:

    1. 2012 Toyota Innova 2.5G MT
    2. 2011 Hyundai Tucson Theta II Engine MT
    3. APV Type 2 MT or AT

    Tanong lang po.

Like Radiator Fan / Auxiliary Fan / Dashboard Clock etc.

    2. Sa mga nabasa ko din po. Mukang pahirapan ang parts. Baka pwede po ninyo i share yung waiting time ninyo sa parts na kinailangan palitan (Example: Radiator Fan - 3 Months Waiting Time Casa - No Parts Outside Casa).

Hi aimphilippines.. welcome to tsikot as well. here are my answers to your questions below.

Like Radiator Fan / Auxiliary Fan / Dashboard Clock etc.

I have a 2009 Type 1 APV - nothing broken as of yet. daily drive currently reaching its 50,000 kilometer reading.. regarding the aux fan - I have heard number of issues that either the fan is noisy, or others not working.. but still a small percentage, also, its normal for it to loose its power.. (wear and tear - ika nga..) but mine is still working with no issues.. Dashboard clock? actually the issue with that one is its powered by a separate button battery and it can be easily removed..

    2. Sa mga nabasa ko din po. Mukang pahirapan ang parts. Baka pwede po ninyo i share yung waiting time ninyo sa parts na kinailangan palitan (Example: Radiator Fan - 3 Months Waiting Time Casa - No Parts Outside Casa).

After my 1st PMS sa CASA.. i already stopped going there for its PMS schedule.. changed to my suking talyer for my every 10k change oil.. as far as I know.. if the part is not available, they can have it shipped or produced within 2 weeks to 3 months.. depending on the part. (this involves all suzuki models).. but anything in particular with the APV.. none yet. But since the APV has an old G16A engine.. parts are readily available outside CASA with much cheaper price.

If you have a brand new APV.. then the answer is yes... after your 2nd to 3rd change oil.. the engine should be broken in by that time and seals and gaps should be more easy for the engine to move.. when I got the APV i was running 6 to 8 kilometers/liter.. but now im playing around 10 to 11 on mixed city and highway driving.. average of the APV members play around 9 to 10 kms/li on city driving.. except AT transmissions.. around 7 to 9 kms/li

didnt cross my mind. but i would sure like a electric/hybrid car for a daily drive home-work-home etc... just being more specific...

even im a APV owner.. i can "personally" say that it depends on what you need. if you need space up to the third row? then I'll go with the APV.. I have big friends that always ride with me on long trips and they are very comfy in the last row seats.. which is one of the purpose of having a midsized- to large vehicle..

durability? i believe that all isuzu parts are very durable.. as compared from an APV.. but durability as well comes with a price din naman.. but definitely very durable piece of machinery.

... one more.. strangely that your insurance company is not accepting your isuzu for insurance renewal.. if thats the only reason that you're going to have a new vehicle and as you stated that you are very happy and satisfied with it..

if I were in your shoes.. ill look for another insurance company.

I don't believe your insurance company wont accept to renew your ride.. unless they have a valid reason behind it.

The last time nag claim ako sa insurance was about PhP 200,000.00 so kung maulit ulit yun naku po sayang PhP 200,000 ko,

Kung ibenta ko or trade in yung Crosswinds ko mg PhP 350,000.00 pa cost plus may cach ako na PhP PhP 100,000.00 so meron ako PhP 450,000.00 na pang down. Kung APV ipalit ko kaya ko mag down payment ng almost 60% so liit na lang yung hulog ko.
