All stocks of pre-facelift Forester Premium are gone. The Outback and Legacy 2.5L are also sold out. There are a few remaining for the Levorg and Legacy 3.5L. Remaining pre-facelift Forester XT units are all reserved.

Missed out on a chance to grab a Forester Premium. Opted to reserve a Forester XT instead.

When Motor Image told us that the remaining Forester Premium units were released thru a company PO, we asked if there were any Forester L units available. However, they were the first to be gone from the inventory.

I don't think so, unless they are in management positions. I do know of some local companies who offer corporate car plans within the price range of the Forester Premium. Some senior positions even have better packages, like Lexus or BMW cars.

I wouldn't take chances so better use 95.

Are you sure you read that right? 91 oct is 95ron here, may you just misead the ron/oct thing.....91ron is way too low...

With a turbo engine, I would not take chances putting low octane fuel on it. Go for 95RON or higher.

sharing my experience with the 300k discount.

wife and i decided to pull the trigger due to the discount. i was told it's the 2015 model, and it came with the following features: automatic rain sensing windshield wipers, automatic headlights, shark fin antenna, 7 in. touch screen head unit and some others i can't remember as of now. it doesn't have the front bumper with the fu manchu moustache. when i got the unit, there was only 11 km on the odometer.

effectively, we didnt even ask if the unit was a display unit (we were so excited). we were just asked to sign a document that stated that the unit was a display unit and was sold on an "as-is where is" basis. sales agent told us that the document was justification to the BIR for the huge discount and said that the warranty would fully apply. this was in manila bay.

all in all, we're fairly satisfied with the forester, although i've driven it only 140 kms. we hope this could be the start of a wonderful relationship with the brand and the car.

Mine is a 2016 pre-facelift unit. I was not tinkering with the phone-audio integration yet. My wife had more time going thru the menu. For me, as long as the bluetooth connectivity paired properly, I am good with it so I can answer calls hands-free.

I don't know how much more the FA20DIT can offer but on its stock tune, it has more than enough power for a daily ride.
