the final two were MJ's "leaner" (he took off sideways and windmilled it in), and vince carter's slam where he took a bounce pass from t-mac in the air, went between the legs and dunked it. the winner was MJ's dunk.

it actually was not that impressive at all. i liked a lot of dunks by Carter and J-Rich a lot more. even some of Dominique and MJ's himself were much much better.

medyo mahirap din yung betwen the legs niya kasi reverse kaso a big man doing in between the legs is so yesterday...nagmukha tuloy lame.

Nate was unbelievable, but I honestly think Kenny Smith ruined the Slam Dunk contest. I wouldn't have probs with AI or Nate winning, both made jaw dropping dunks (but I liked AI2's the best, that was just wicked)... Kenny changing the 10 to a 9 in the last second just screwed it up.

I would've gave the win to AI though coz you have to discount the misses of Nate no matter how tough they were to execute.

As for the College hoop comment, the main reason why college shooters almost always turn out to be busts in the NBA (Langdon, initially his teammate Battier, etc) is because the NBA doesn't revolve around passing plays... It's all about one-on-one or pick and rolls, walang mangyayari sa shooter unless you're a vocal leader from the start like Reggie... Or you're in a team of unselfish guys... Which is like a rarity these days.
