Before you guys judge Boozer. Lets break down what this Situation:
The didn't pick up the team option which is worth around $700+K -> If they did this Boozer will be a retricted free agent next season and will command a max salary or close to it, which the Cavs would have to match to keep them competitive and keep Lebron James happy. By not picking up the option and offering Boozer the mid level exception (6 years and around $40M) they hoped to secure him for below the market value.
Jim Paxson claimed that they didn't pick up the team option for Boozer's contract because Boozer requested it and made a promise to them that if they did that he would show them loyalty and resign with them -> Do you remember what happened to the Timberwolves when "promises" where made? They were fined $3M and lost 5 first round draft picks (later reduced to 4). I don't think Jim Paxson would risk that besides they has all the cards and they could have matched any offer given to Boozer next season, and If what they say was true that Boozer made a promise to them, they should have seen this comming. It's basically the Cavs word against Boozers, take your pick.
You don't leave a Blue Chip player hanging out in the market with the risk that you might loose him, promises or no promises. Like Shaq once said The NBA is cut-throat.
Buttomline: Cavs took a risk and they failed. Now Lebron James is reportedly upset with this development and could leave once his contract is up. Cavs better have a plan B for this mess. And Lebron James wouldn't be mad at Boozer because he took more money from the Jazz, cause players almost always look for the best contract available. Sorry Cavs fans.

Yup according his agent, Derek Fisher signs with Golden State for 6 years worth $38M. With Payton deciding to stay with LA, Fish went for the best contract offered.

tingnan na lang natin kung what will happen with GP lalo na ngayon w/ a different coach..wala naman cguro sa playbook ni rudy t. ang triangle offense..hehehehe...si GP kasi scorer yan eh na mahilig mga drive to the basket...ang triangle offense naman kasi passing at spacing yan..hindi laro ni GP yan..kaya hirap na hirap w/ his first year w/ the lakers.
