August 5th, 2019 02:25 AM #73I found low carb and high protein diet work for me. No more white rice, only brown rice 2x a week and only salad or steamed vegetables at dinner (with lean meats).
I lost about 15 lbs in two years and gained muscle mass. I’m 5’7.5”, from 167 to 153 lbs. BMI is 24 and body fat is 12.2%. I hit the gym 4-5x a week for about an hour.

Last summer i lost 30lbs by just adding a 2nd session of cardio in the evening..
