    Heart rates vary from person to person. You just have to benchmark what is your normal.

    Am middle age, my resting HR is 60; my normal HR is 80.

    But when i do hi intensity work out , i can hit 175 for 20 mins. Now that didnt bother me becuase, i didnt know itbwas that high and i wasnt feeling any different from usual exhaustion. But its high. And thats how its been for the past 3 years that i work out 2x a week.

    Doc says that may be how my body is built. I dont have hypertension or cholesterol issues and am normal built.

    But because i dont have any targets , i dont stress my body out and keep it at 150 max during work outs

    Ang masama yung shower ka pagkatapos mag drive, dyan mo mapapatunayan na totoo ang pasma pag nagtagal

    walang pasma sa english because the western medical community hindi naniniwala jan.

    Pero sa old school traditional chinese medicine eh i think naniniwala. If susceptible ka sa "lamig" eh dependsa sa situation kung ano iaadvice sayo. Kasi may tao mabilis bumakas ang pores.

    and in tcm if iinom ka ng herbs hindi ka pwede maligo after agad. So better maligo na then doon iinom.

    di pa ako nagtimbang bro[emoji6] but i know i reduced some (water mostly). di naman ako overweight or tabain, i just decided to cut the sugars and limit the carbs

    i did keto a month or 2 ago. now i do carbs now but low carbs. havent even used the carb monster aka ricecooker lol. its the workouts thats been doing good for me. burn calories gain strength thats the motivation.

    ako naman kain ng kain ngaun, spam, fried chicken, binagoogan baboy, chocolate mousse, Big Mac and Im 137 lbs. a month ago 135lbs.

    2 lbs lang na gain ko kasi i do HIIT workouts 6 days a week


    never pa ako nag-try nyan mga diet na mga sinasabi nyo, keto, low carb, no sugar. stock ko nga sa bahay ngaun pero coke zero, 4 na 2 liters


    bugbugin nyo katawan nyo sa exercise, yun tipong galit wife nyo pag nakita kayo after workout kasi ambaho nyo tignan,

    ako kasi basang-basa lahat brief, socks, gym shorts and shirt, tapos pag hinubad ko lahat, at naka tsinelas na ako, basang-basa ulet tsinelas na tipong pag naglakad sa floor, nag-squeak sa sobrang wet

    Kung totoo ang pasma.
    Dapat marami ng athletes ang tinamaan ng pasma..

    Eh naglublob pa nga sa ice bath yung iba after the game.
