    I did Semi Paleo Diet(hard and expensive to get organic food) before, lost 35lbs in a month. No rice, no flour, No Sugar(i use honey), no instant foods. they though nag drugs ako. When im hungry i eat 1 banana and 1 hard boiled egg in between meals. Buffet is allowed.
