    Did the no carb keto for a year..was ok until i cant pull or push as much weight as i used to ... but i did lose the most fat on that protocol..

    Last summer i lost 30lbs by just adding a 2nd session of cardio in the evening..

    We all know that not everyone likes to exercise, maybe its lack of motivation, others are just plain lazy..iba lampa lang talaga..

    Actually gym exercise for me kuya big is becoming useless as I age, why be ause it has no purpose. Sige repetitions ka, repetitions for what?

    Exercise is should be re-energinizing meaning your brain must be kept excited all the time in what you’re doing.

    Planting trees, cleaning the beach, harvesting the corn are the better forms of exercise. Shadow boxing wala din kwenta, it”s either you have a sparring partner or you incorporate a weapon of some short in your shadow execution of martial arts move, so that mag exert ng effort ang buong body for the foreign object, be it a sword, a stick or a knife or a staff

    I like the staff the most kasi talaga ang hirap neto paikutin fluidly, but the benefits my god. Look at this caucasian guy, maliit sya not your average white guy buthis body looks ps fit. I think he is our height



    And the besting about these exercises are its circular motion or cyclical therefore re energenizing energy not the linear lifting up down up down , the brain can only take too much of that monotony

    Panget talaga ganto katawan kasi bale hinulma mo lang body fats mo dyan

    They key is to melt all those fats until your reach your ideal weight height ratio, meaning you have to reach yun weight mu nun college ka, kug slim ka nun college. Like most of us naman were

    And thenDun ka mag start mag weight training to shape the remaining fats of into muscles

    Id rather spend all those gym time papalaki ng arms and rather watch Informational youtube videos.

    Cutting my sugar and salt intake + less red meat/pork for more than a monrh now... am lighter by around 2kgs during my last weighing. Target for another 2kg off before my oguk medical.

    In my line of work... yung akyat panaog sa mga stairs ang bale workout ko. My favorite of all stairs ay yung diretso na 44 steps na walang landing hehehe.

    cholesterol is made by the liver

    mechanism of action of statin drugs -- inhibit an enzyme made by the liver that makes cholesterol

    that's how statins lower cholestrol
