Malakas pala makataba ang rice. 3 weeks nako di nag rice nabawasan ako ng bigat tapos nag rice ulit ako mga 2 days palang ramdam mo ang gain sa katawan mo.

Tinatakot ninyo ako. Impossible maging Pacquiao fitness level ko. Ito average since jan of this year umabot naman pala ng 60+
I don't pay much attention sa heart rate. Just checked it now since nabasa ko dito.

di ka naman dapat matakot kasi you exercise a lot
normal lang ung below 60 bpm ang heart rate pag very fit
may salesperson kami babae marathon runner dati... heart rate niya 50 yata... tinanong ng doctor kung athlete siya (usually that's what doctors ask pag below normal ang resting heart rate)
Napacheck tuloy ako ng bpm ko, 16 in 15 sec.
3 to 4 times a week ako nag woworkout. Mix of cardio and lifting.
Pagdating sa kain, guesstimate lang ako sa calories. Last time i checked 13 fat % ko

I think problema ng Pinoy eh nangjihinayan magpa check up regularly. If you can spend thousands sa bday ninyo mag libre, you better spend it na lang sa pag executive check up pag bday ninyo.
