Kaya ang hirap lumabas ng bahay kasi sa 1 hour ko nakakalahati ko pocket alcohol kasi bawat galaw ko alcohol and I do NOT touch things I am not buying. Pag may hinawakan ako spray ko yun ng alcohol pati kamay ko, pati plastic I spray alcohol, slippers ko, kamay ko bago buksan pinto, then spray again bago hawak manibela.

Pag uwi ko bahay nakabukas na pinto so I don't touch the gate, sa garage ako nagtatanggal ng damit tapos hugas na ng kamay at paa

And sabi ko nga may dala ako 2ilter bottles sa trunk.

Mas kabado pa ako pag may sumasalubong na tao sa supermarket. Pag may kasalubong eh pigil pag hinga.

And dagdag pala: bubukol yugn alcohol sa skinny jeans ko.

At yung mga showbiz people paechos crowd nagpupumilit nahawa sila dahil sa binili sa supermarket.

Ayaw sisihin yung condominium na kulob.

Imagine yung sobrang maingat na amo nagkacovid pero yung yaya waley.

One of my closest friends moved to Australia (I even made a thread about how sad it made me) She said it's one of her best decisions in life which was further reinforced with how the PH is handling the pandemic. She is convincing me to leave this country, wala na daw pag asa Pilipinas. She lives a comfortable life here in the PH but still chose to leave 10 yrs ago.

May kilala akong similar, galit na galit sa western medicine. He is into alternative healing. Kapag nagkasakit naman na major sa hospital at MDs pa rin naman ang bagsak. Ano magagawa ng herbs sa tao na kailangan ng bypass?

Wala pa ba takaga studies na nakaka disinfect ang alcohol sa kamay or ayaw mo lang talaga accept?

Pag hugas ng kang with soap for 20 seconds is still the best pero alcohol will do pag walang yan first option.

Ipapasok mo namana na takot k sa alcohol natural. Pwede sariling ihi gamitin kung talaga gusto mo natural lang.

It's good but hopefully they know how to doff their PPEs. Hopefully, DOH should teach the public how to doff properly their mask and faceshield and how to discard it as hazardous waste
