Shopee, lazada and online sellers. Nilulusot or pinapatong sa gate. Wala contact skin namin pag inabot pera, tapos iniiwan ko din sukli sa garage para matuyo from alcohol. Recently pag shopee or lazada, hindi na COD. Sa tabi ng gate namin, I have my disinfecting area so I spray it immediately with alcohol or I leave it out saka ko sabunin. Pati fruits and veggies isa isa ko yan sinasabon.

Akala ko mas paranoid ka sakin, at least you got over it na

Nothing wrong naman in disinfecting everything. It's just that, sometimes it's a waste of resources and time. But if you have ample of both, then do what you gotta do.

Garage din extension ko, with gym. OC ako sa mga gym (naiisip ko palang pawis ng iba tumutulo kung saan saan) kaya may sarili ako equipment sa bahay, lalo ngayon may covid. Kaya I need a proper home gym. Now kasi nasa isang bedroom na hindi ginagamit mga gym equipment.

Also, need din ng jobs mga tao. Kaya pagawa mo na lahat ng pwede mo ipagawa.

My BFF is coming home from HQ end of July. Sobrang hirap mag travel ngayon, paper works and quarantine

Issue niya how will she sleep in the plane so I said don't wear a mask kasi masama matulog with that on at mag shield na lang siya

So my friend J is even more paranoid than I am kasi baka may umubo pag tulog si BFF e buti mga business class pa yan walang katabi, lay flat naman pag tulog [emoji23] Sabi ko matulog siya ng naka face shield

Eto mga friends ko na usapan namin mag PPE kami pag time to report in the office na

You need to download muna the vid.

Summary though is that facemasks, frequent hand washing and avoiding mass gathering and social distancing are enough to prevent getting infected.

Food stuffs do not carry the virus as well so no need to really wash them diligently. No need to disinfect the house every now and then as well if no one is sick and almost no person leaves the house as what you do.

LOOK: DOH COVID-19 CASE BULLETIN #112

As of 4PM today, July 04, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 41,830.

In addition to the 403 fresh cases,1091 late cases were also reported today. Today's fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 60 out of 73 current operational labs.

DOH likewise announces 380 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 11,453.

Note:
Of the 10 reported deaths, 8 (80%) occurred in June. The total cases reported may be subject to change as these numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation.

Waiting on a doctors waiting room eh 4 lang? Maybe kung ilan lang kayo sa waiting room. May mga hospital kasi like Asian Hospital na sama sama sa isang malaking room ang waiting patients ng mga doctor.

Yes. Binabanlawan ko naman maigi tapos bago kainin or lutuin, hinuhugasan ulit ng maigi. Pero napapaisip nga ko kung masyado OA to soap the vegetables, lalo na yung mga veggies na green leafy
