ang ibig sabihin ni Doc...
let's say a company got approval for its SARSCOV-2 vaccine
they don't have to manufacture it themselves or rely only on their partner manufacturer
they can license it to vaccine manufacturers around the world para sabay sabay madami gumagawa para mas mabilis
una, di mo nagets
ginagaya ko sinabi ni Trump
pangalawa, i'm tired of hearing (reading) people pointing out the gov't borrowing money to deal with this crisis
the gov't needs to spend a ton of money to keep the economy alive
that's why they have to borrow a ton of money
if you have a suggestion how to deal with this crisis without fiscal spending i'd like to hear it
mag post ka sa Phil economy thread
tell us your bright idea

Not to dampen the news on vaccines but doesn't it take several months to determine the efficiency and side effects of a vaccine in trials? So earliest vaccine is probably next year pa. if and only if everything goes to plan and no setbacks, but nothing is perfect in creating a vaccine. thou i have heard that clinical trials on humans are already ongoing they still need time to determine all its side effects and future outcome.
i myself would be weary to get a vaccine in the first few months of its release.
i guarantee a hurried vaccine trials might not have worked out all its side effects.
take the Dengue vaccine for example. How long did it take before the vaccine was available and yet it still wasn't fully tested?
emergency situation kasi kaya minamadali
exception ito sa normal process
that's why the US has Operation Warp Speed
lahat naka fast forward
--
the controversial dengue vaccine wasn't rushed
it has been in clinical trial for years
part tayo ng clinical trial kaya nagmukhang minadali
after clinical trial sa PH tsaka inapprove ng US and European regulators with warning not for use in those who have never been infected with dengue
that was based on data gathered in PH
let's not bring this up many people here aren't happy with it
Duterte to announce new community quarantine status on Tuesday
Most probably another GCQ extension here in Metro Manila.....

This sounds familiar, government patting themselves in the back. Their country is now one of has the most infections.

Quiapo Church closed due to a priest who turned up positive.
