Experts skeptical after researchers report positive vaccine results

Still, almost half of vaccine recipients reported fever, with 44% reporting fatigue and 39% reporting a headache. Overall, 9% of patients reported side effects that were severe enough to have potentially "prevented activity."

These side effects are "not a good safety sign," said Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

In addition, he said, the vaccine did not elicit a strong immune response.

Offit said the immunogenicity data was "not impressive," especially since all of the doses -- even the "low" dose -- were actually very high, he said. Combined with the side effects, he recommended that the CanSino researchers give up on their efforts.

"I think they should stop," said Offit, who previously developed a successful rotavirus vaccine. "I have to believe there are other candidates out there that are going to do better than this."

No to any China that's the global direction.

I'd start by not buying from Lazada, no China phones, no China cars, no to politicians supporting China and Marcos betraying Ph people & democracy.
Sir may ask what device are you using to post in this forum?

What car/s do you own? As there might be parts that are made in China.

possible side effects are listed down, as a matter of good clinical practices, e.g., required by the profession.
but a significant number of those vaccinated, may not feel anything at all.

Dapat kasi tulungan sila ng DICT para maka create ng reliable database system, para yung mga human error ay ma check even before pumasok sa database.
Halos lahat ng CP ay smartphones, lawak narin coverage ng data services hindi imposible magkaroon sila ng dynamic or real time na database ng covid test.
NOT UNLESS, may intention silang kontrolin at manipulate ang data.

    the technology is there.
but a lot of institutions out there still adhere to paper and pencil.
it takes a powerful personality to push for new technology into the workplace.
you have to have a very good dog trainer, to teach the old dogs new tricks.

but fever is a normal side effect

the immune system is reacting to the vaccine

    -

for me basta a vaccine that can prevent people from ending up in the hospital is good enough

yan naman ang nakakatakot sa SARSCOV2 it can send you to the hospital

i can handle a little fever, stuffy nose, body aches

I am using American brand laptap, american and korean-brand phone, japanese and american-brand cars. carrier inverter aircon, etc. For the smaller tools, i have some China but was purchased before'20s. i'm back more on Taiwan, Indian, Jap, Eu, and US.

IMO, the less China brands, the less money for CCP. For now China is better as supplier of parts but not as brand name. If they buy GE and brand it as Mabe then i don't buy both. If they buy IBM and make it Lenovo, if they copy Cummins and brand as weichai, i dont buy weichai, etc.

I bet in the future most telcos would pull-out Huaweis and ZTE in favor or in parallel with Nokias and Ericsson. China will soon be deprived of technology transfer from the westerns they'd end up isolated making their own tech or paying more for the patents. Just imagine what is 5G if not for Qualcomm.etc.

Bravo to you. But most of those devices would most pobably have China made parts, or were even assembled in China.

And you have the resources to acquire more expensive non-China things. But how about 80% of the population that want those things but cannot afford the Western branded devices?

If I can't eliminate then less would be better. Just saying that i have option in life away from the ideology of CCP(the lack of social responsibility the inhumane ideology, etc). The 80% or less would start to realize and act, they are more aware and being educated right now., every change should start on the individual and sacrifices be made. They'd soon realize buying China is like giving them money to claim our territories. Soon change in policies would restrict China of their bad practices.
I know most of you here are filchi businessman. There's this survival in business along side with ethics, its like politics weighing for the less evil, doing some sacrifices, and thinking long-term sustainability. Those changes for the betterment of humanity could also start on frm businesses/institutions/gov't.

OT: pansin ko nag ddown tsikot if may something against China. Deym! this militarized virus is real. LOL.
I'd stop posting muna, baka mabuhay si Kags. hehe

Russian researchers test coronavirus vaccine on THEMSELVES, team leader says they now have antibodies — RT Russia News

According to Ginzburg, the scientists chose to vaccinate not only to prove the effectiveness of their creation but also to defend themselves from the virus and gain immunity, enabling them to continue working throughout the pandemic. The director did not specify how many people were vaccinated, but described them all as “alive, healthy and happy.”
