Are we officially in the summer season? Heat and humidity is not stopping the virus from spreading?

    Nakaka anxious talaga

Got this from viber. Totoo kaya?

I will make you understand why the President decided to level up mitigation... sharing this post.

    Corona Virus Cases:

    New York
    wk 1 - 2
    wk 2 - 105
    wk 3 - 613

    France
    wk 1 - 12
    wk 2 - 191
    wk 3 - 653
    wk 4 - 4,499

    Iran
    wk 1 - 2
    wk 2 - 43
    wk 3 - 245
    wk 4 - 4,747
    wk 5 - 12,729

    Italy
    wk 1 - 3
    wk 2 - 152
    wk 3 - 1,036
    wk 4 - 6,362
    wk 5 - 21,157

    Spain
    wk 1 - 8
    wk 3 - 674
    wk 4 - 6,043

    India
    Week 1 - 3
    Week 2 - 24
    Week 3 - 105

Next two weeks are crucial for Philippines.
If we take adequate precaution and break the chain then we can tide the Corona virus Outbreak else we have a big problem in hand especially for the elderly population.

This is most critical stage & number of confirmed cases spread exponentially everyday like what happened in Italy between last week of February & second week of March. From 300 to 10,000. If Philippines is not able to manage this stage for next 3 to 4 weeks then we could have confirmed cases not in hundreds but in thousands. This next one month is crucial.

Just because schools are closed, please avoid getting that compulsive travel & holiday bug. Holidays will come next year too so why try your luck with Corona specially with children and the elderly. Marriage functions, Birthday parties, reunions can wait.

DON'T TRY YOUR LUCK & THAT BRAVADO THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO ME!!!

Next 30 days will be most crucial in medical history of the Phils. Take all precautions while at home & while outside for any important work.

    PRECAUTION IS NOT PANIC.

Be a RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN by following & educating others to remain careful for next one month.

May the Almighty God bless us all in this trying times.
    🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼AMEN

well, it's Holy Week Season. so yes. summer.
i wouldn't count on the season to stop the virus in its tracks.
maybe just a little, but i wouldn't let my guard down.

in my opinion kasi, it is what the people do or don't do, that matters more in the spread of the virus.
in cold season, folks tend to stay indoors more. in the hot season, mas lumalabas sila.

then comes the malls. and statistics are ruined. heh heh.

The virus is really infectious. I read somewhere that the virus is not really affected by temperature.

Our company has implemented full PPE coverage for field work. We're not taking this lightly. All tools&equipment has to be decontaminated and if possible sterilized. Frontline Guys

To the young and young at heart -- young people are not immune to this virus. Stay home and stay safe.

Emergency Physician: "We See COVID-19 Patiens In Their 3s With No Medical History, Lung Images Are Terrifying" | Disclose.tv

"Emergency physician: "We see COVID-19 patiens in their 30s with no medical history, lung images are terrifying""

"No, it is not only the elderly or people who already have a medical problem who fall victim to the new coronavirus. Emergency doctor Ignace Demeyer warns about this. "We see people with a blank medical history who are very ill." It is also not just about older generations. "We have had very few older people inside so far," says Dr. Demeyer. "We now have people between the ages of 30 and 50 coming in."

"They all have the same complaints," says Dr. Demeyer. "They have been sick for a week, stayed home with the flu. The flu attack is over, they think. They feel fine for two days. And then they report with complaints of a dry cough and shortness of breath. When we then have their oxygen saturation (level of oxygen in our blood, ed.), we see that they have very low oxygen saturation for their age. ""

"Doctor Demeyer calls "some irresponsible behavior" that some young people still do not see the seriousness and organize parties or go on weekends."

Goes without saying, sir. Lower class will get hit first, then the middle class, if/when this goes on beyond the initial 1 month lockdown period.

Life-changing, to say the least. Just Wow. Things happening so fast, it's just taking so hard to adjust and "evolve" accordingly. Survival of the fittest is the name of the game.
