it probably means,
the employers now have a choice,
and the individual now has a mask choice, unless it's a high-risk area.

P297 says that "(a)ll prior Orders, Memoranda, and issuances that are effective only during the State of Public Health Emergency shall be deemed withdrawn, revoked, or cancelled and shall no longer be in effect."

In short, bahala na si batman ...

I'm curious kasi sa area namin may Pfizer bivalent booster na. I'm thinking if I should take na because that might be the last booster since government lifted na yung health emergency. But then wala pa ko kilala nag bivalent booster haha

Per P297, all current EUAs for CHINA WUHAN VIRUS drugs and vaccines shall remain effective for 1 year but only for the sole purpose of exhausting current supply.

In short, hindi na bibili ang goberyno at wala ng libreng bakuna after current stocks are consumed but all within 1 year dapat. So avail of this while it is still free and may stock pa.

It will be the last booster already unless may panibagong issuance ang DoH on vaccines here. But most likely, it will be like the current flu vaccines where wala ng libre at tiba tiba na naman ang privadong sektor at importes nito. I wouldn't discount some form of "hoarding" of these stocks now by unscrupulous individuals in the hope of reselling these for an arm and a leg when the 1 year period expires and provided hindi pa expired ang mga ito.

from what i understand,
the raison de etre for EO7, i.e., the covid public health emergency, is now considered over.
hence, EO7 and its mandates do not have reason to exist anymore.
google EO7 to find out what it mandated in the past, folks.

Wala naman talaga stats for flu in the first place. I don't understand why some are so irritated sa mga conscious sa covid. Saka those who still choose to wear a mask, alcohol or sanitize, or avoid crowded places, they don't bother others naman.

Sakin it's good info. Nung dumami covid cases in May/June 2023, 111prez was posting the stats but I still did my normal activities. Im thinking if I stayed home during those peak numbers hindi sana ako na covid for the second time.

Yun 2nd covid ko doc, mas matagal pa fever ko when I had flu. 2nd covid ko, one or two days lang ata ako nag fever and took no meds

Sa delta talaga I felt like I was dying. That's an experience I will never ever forget.
