If this is the most infectious variant which will be displace Delta yet only have mild symptoms. wouldn't this make COVID just another "flu"... Hopefully it's following the path the Spanish Flu took.

It maybe right to close borders temporarily now while we still do not have more information on the new variant. But to panic is wrong.

I've also read that the first positive case in South Africa with omicron was November 9? Medyo matagal na rin.

knowing how things work here it will take months and our gov't will need outside help
