IgG seropositivity was lower after CoronaVac than after BNT162b2 and declined over time since vaccination for CoronaVac recipients but not BNT162b2 recipients. Prolonged IgG monitoring will allow further evaluation of seropositivity overtime, providing data, in conjunction with effectiveness studies, for possible future re-assessment of vaccination strategies.

or is it another one of those "what do we have to lose?" things ?

the product and its nasal administration is already a traditional remedy.
but i do not know if there are studies supporting its usefulness as an anti-covid medication.

Use the Betadine Throat spray. Although sa mouth lang siya.
You can start with a Salinase Nose spray in the nose to wash any irritants and bring it to the mouth area before spraying your mouth with the Betadine spray.
Sorry but i have more trust in the anti viral properties of Betadine(Iodine) than VCO.

Mas confident ako sa Salinase (nose), Betadine gargle (mouth) and Betadine spray (throat)..
Pero yung VCO po, ginagawa ko po yung "Oil Pulling" (nasa wikipedia po).. Lalo na ngayon hirap magpa-dentist.. Magandang gawin Oil Pulling as part of oral hygiene.

while there seem to be at least two researches quoted, it would seem that these two articles are refering to the same research studies.

the numbers are simply too low, to decide one way or the other.

let us remember that several medications have, in the past, been initially encouraging at first, but were shown to be not as good as initially thought, when more numbers came in.

Only Pfizer is approved for 12-17 yo by the US FDA. Moderna is still waiting for US approval since current dosage for adults may not be suitable.

PH FDA however fully approved both mRNA vaccine. What Moderna dosage has been approved for adolescent may be questionable.

Sinovac is still undergoing global third phase clinical trials for 12-17 yo.

Pati doctors na nagsasabi sa DOH na mali numbers sa bed occupancy reporting nila. And we are 1.5 years into the pandemic na.
Kung simpleng bed occupancy hindi na kaya ng DOH, what more sa projected daily cases and deaths.
