if i spent years at a gov't agency and a large corporation hires me for my knowledge of gov't bureaucracy and contacts, that's even better than kickback coz may sweldo ako buwan buwan for a long time

similar to ex lawmakers(congressman/senators/department secretaries) who are in the board of some of the Philippines biggest companies.
Also some previous dept of Finance secretary/Asec/Usec, Banko central governor, and the sitting in the board of the countries top banks.
Its not illegal and is quite expected for some lawmakers who retires from gov't service.
it may be illegal if it was done while still holding on the Gov't position.

Out of the top of my head, among those you listed, the viral vector, non-replicating vax are the DNA vax. The Novavax is the most different from the lot, using the spike as the antigen but utilizing conventional vax tech, much like the Sino vax.
