Using your argument, it also doesn't mean that if one opts for the other brand or ayaw sa vaccine ay anti govt na agad and may makakain araw2.

Some of our employees who resides in pasay city is force to file a leave due to lockdown in some of barangays in Pasay with sudden high cases. A colleague of mine who tested negative in rapid but tested positive in saliva test the following day was force to file her leave.

gaya nga ng nabanggit dito, kulang kasi ng information drive ang government about sa Chinese vaccine. with the vaccine scare that they've created, they should launch a massive information drive to erase the fears of the people. ano ginagawa ng PCOO? ano ba naman na mag allot sila ng commercial sa mga tv stations for this. back it up with medical and scientific explanations hindi puro "thank you bff China, we owe you a lot" lang hehe.

Whoa, is the press release here referring to the CHINA WUHAN VIRUS baksin that was delivered last Sunday and personally received by dootirti? Kaya pala tsyanis military plane ang nag deliver.

If so, there is a big disconnect with the intention of the request as far as tsayna is concerned since ang naturukan dito at batay sa press release natin, ay mga health workers - sibilyan at militar.

Totoong donasyon ba talaga yan?

I remember before he says that mRNA is not suited for senior adults with pre existing illness because of adverse reaction of the vaccine in our body so inactivated is a much safer choice of vaccine. But his post today tells us otherwise.screenshot_2021-03-02-10-56-31.jpg

What's the big deal with this?

it was delivered to a military airbase (Villamor)

so news writers say it's for PH military

pero syempre para sa mga galit sa gobyerno at sa china it's a big deal

Whats wrong having a vaccine na galing sa china if this would help move our economy and the lives of the people?
Why so many negative being entertained than positivity?

Dr Mata is saying inactivated virus vaccine makes the body make antibodies against various parts of the virus

unlike vaccines that focus only on the spike

if there are changes to the spike, the spike-focused vaccines become less effective

And then yung mga doctors and staff pa ng PGH sasabihin ayaw nila china vax, syempre ayaw na din ng mga HCW from other govt hospitals and RHUs.

I agree na kung ayaw mo sa sinovac, keep it to yourself and just say you want a better one if it's your friends and family members who will ask. Pero if isang trabahador or ordinaryong tao, aba eh sabihin mo ang totoo, kung libre, take it. That would be the best compromise imho. Para makatulong tayo sa bansa.

Pero dito sa tsikot, don't expect majority of forumers to embrace sinovac. Again (a)questionable data; (b) same price with better vaccines (at leats based on current data); (c) capacity to wait because of financial capacity and the lack of need to heavily socialize and interact with a lot of people and truthfully; (d) WPS issue (sowed distrust for China); which brings me to (d) the price of the vaccine is not prohibitive enough that the maxim "beggars cant be choosy" will apply. Disciplined as well as to hygiene except maybe Kags.

So does this mean the china vax is more effective against the different mutations of the virus?

Yes and he also recommending right now those who got mRNA pfizer/moderna should get booster shot of sinovac/sinopharm. Im just puzzled before because he says that mRNA is much harsh when injected to the body now he is saying this is just like a shot at the hand compared to sinovac's shotgun.

Maybe Dr Mata is referring to the effect on the virus. mRNA parang nabaril lang virus sa kamay, whereas inactivated virus hits the whole body of the virus.

    theoretically yes

actually yan ang prefer nila over hi tech vaccines

yan din thinking ko... i posted about that before....

pero wala pa studies confirming inactivated vaccines are more effective against mutations vs spike-focused vaccines

i think may mali sa iyong interpretation of "shotgun"

    you're interpreting shotgun as dangerous

what Dr Mata meant by shotgun is -- inactivated vaccine creates many different antibodies targeting different parts of the virus

let's say you got mRNA vaccine na... since spike focused yan later on di na effective yan against new variants

i mean kung nasa pinas ka at nagpaturok ka ng mRNA ibig sabihin you only want the best

so why would you get a booster shot na china??

hihintayin mo nalang mag update ng bakuna sila pfizer / moderna

My impression is that inactivated virus which has shotgun effect is much more harsh to the body because your body will work more thus you will feel side effects but it turns out those who got sinovac has little or no side effects at all compared to those injected with moderna.
