Like cars, ACs aren't built like they used to be. I've compared the new & old Panasonics. Build quality has declined. Daikin has long been around. They left when they had legal issues w/ their local partner & came back after that was settled.

So if build quality for all has declined, edi pantay pantay lang. Yung mataas dati, medyo mataas nalang ngayon. Yung mababa dati, sobrang baba na ngayon.

I'd close my eyes on the 6k, sir. 1 time thing. Think watches & cars.[emoji4]

Maganda pa pala yun warranty nun AUX. 5 years for parts and 8 years for compressor. I might try them

Again thats assuming bulok yung Panasonic and Daikin lang yung okay. Sige assume na natin na Daikin is Toyota sa tibay while Panasonic is Honda lang or Mitsubishi. Not bad pa rin. If Panasonic was sirain then I won't have second thoughts with Daikin.

What's the lowest hp of inverter-type ac? I always see 1hp pero parang too much for a small bedroom na almost as big as a queen-sized bed lang.

Oh hindi pala free installation yung 26k. Tapos they don't have Daikin either.

May 0.8 na Daikin but medyo mahirap makahanap. By order basis siguro. 3k cheaper vs the 1hp.

Ok lang 1hp even on small room para hindi hirap, few minutes lang lamig agad. Go for 1hp sa konting diprensya.

wag kayo gagamit ng EXACT size inverter AC. baka full load lagi compressor, sayang lang. ideally oversize dapat by .5 to 1hp. bibilis sya palamig then yung pag maintain ng temp nasa 20-50% lang ng compressor magagamit.
case in point my room is about 10 sq mtr only, used to pay 4-5k using .75 hp panasonic non-inverter; replaced it with 1hp fujidenzo inverter, immediately went down to below 3k average (went as low as 2.4k pa nga eh). upgraded to 1.5hp kolin inverter, average is now in low 2k, plus 14-20 hour average (iba sked namin ni gf minsan) and 24/7 pa during weekends vs 10 -14 hours noon non inverter pa ang gamit.
i cant use current reading as a benchmark kasi sobrang baba na dahil bihira kami nasa bahay recently, so sobrang baba na talaga.

I don't believe yun mga less than 1 HP na aircon. Minimum dalap is 1 HP na agad. Ewan ko ba bakit pa sila gumawa ng less than 1 HP. Parang nakakaloko.

Baka nga yun mga 1 HP ngayon hinde a rin talaga 1 eh.

yun .5hp sa previous apartment ko. ideal location since wala direct sunlight and less 10 sq room, so OK lang sya gamitin.
pag walang AC na under 10k, baka malugi meralco nyan LOL

nung araw pinakamaliit ang 1.5hp a/c nakagisnan ko ang bibigat pa. kelan na lang naglabasan mga sinasabing below 1hp. ganun din halos 1000 watts din tapos ang tagal magpalamig.

i have a couple of 0.75 hp aircons in the house. they work fine naman. but the rooms (15-20 sqm) are not in direct sunlight.
if with direct sunlight, hot ceiling, or heavy traffic, i'd at least double the hp.

Buti nabasa ko to. I was considering a less 1hp ac since mura lang at bihira gagamitin. But now im having second thoughts na.
