most appliances indicate the gadget's wattage consumption (220V 3.0A, or something like that) in the manual or on a paper, plastic or metal sticker on the appliance itself.

Particularly for wattage and amperage, those are usually the stated maximum that the appliance will ever require. They're meant to help contractors and electricians design the proper circuit for it (correct-rated wires, switches, plugs, and breakers).

A watt-meter or power meter is still necessary if you need to gather realtime power consumption. As stated above, there's tons of them on Lazada.

DO NOT use it to measure the output of a non-sine wave UPS. My old one popped, sizzled, and died after just a couple of minutes while measuring the output from a cheap UPS.

Sobrang hassle. Yung tipong maririnig mong may tumutulo mga bandang 1 am. Ipapacheck ko na lang sa service center nila. Para mekaniko na nila yung mag aayos.

it's been almost 20 years time to replace it ayaw na lumamig and the technician said it's not worth the risk to repair it

After 8 years bumigay na un main board at receiver ng carrier xpower. 9k ang naubos. Tinakot pa ko ng ac technician na nakontak ko. Mga 15k daw cost ng board. Kaya tumawag ako mismo sa carrier.
Nasira after magbrown out tapos nagkaron ng kuryente ulit.

parang input stage lng.. normally the logic circuit is waiting for the low voltage dc supply from the input stage.
