Gree is a juggernaut in China AC's. Midea is a close 2nd. Diversified home appliances si midea. Gree on the other hand is primarily focused on AC.

I saw that Concepcion owns Midea ACs here. Same quality kaya as Carriers?

I'm torn between Gree, Midea and Carrier Alpha

The insides of some Carrier AC's now are from Midea.

I would choose Midea over any Carrier product. Whats interesting is Midea PH is actually selling their latest and greatest products.

I'll go with Midea na lang. Someone offered me 22k for that. Including installation.

R410A pa pala siya. Unlike Carrier Alpha R32

    Got Haier instead.
Wala daw stock ng 1HP na Midea. They insisting giving me the 1.5 Hp which would be too much for my room.

Set it 22c 400 watts lang natakbo sa meter ko. received_347020010430862.jpgreceived_569915361053807.jpg

I was surprise to see the costing of LG dual inverter watt conctrol in indonesia it cost only 5,699 whereas here it normally cost Php35K for unit only. Problem is the installation fee when you ship it here.

Useless naman warranty dito... Papalitan nila parts pero bayad ka labor + freon + transpo + cleaning kuno.

Spent 1/3 the cost of a new AC years ago while trying to claim the warranty. When i computed, same cost for parts + labor kung.sa ibang tech ko pinagawa...

It is still cheap if minor parts need replacement but it is another story if the compressor or the pcb board need replacement. Better to buy in bulk.

Hindi naman mataas failure rate. 1 out of 1000? Unless the buyer is curser (hopefully not) then it's a different story lol.

I have to agree with this; high failure rate on PCB as most AC tech has no electronic knowledge, based on AC/Ref FB thread.

Yes pcb board should be replaced with a new one it will be hard to repair it and let say it can be repaired but it will not last long.

sa isang FB group that i joined, there are a lot of posts saying that the PCB of a samsung washmac can be repaired. I just don't know if it can be really repaired or if it's a scam. I remember ny LG washmac having a defective pcb din before this, i spent over 4k to have an IC replaced by the authorized tech and wala rin. I took another risk and spent less than 2k to have the IC replaced again, but by a community tech. Maayos sya, but I gave it away, since I already bought a new one and it was eating space.
